As usual, trimming down pa rin. Like nagiging 2 cups. Am I doing it the right way?

Maybe I'll try on the weighing scale next Saturday, hindi pa kasi ako nakakapag gym ngayon. Holiday kasi. Nung Monday at Tuesday pa ako last naka gym. I'll work my arse off next week Tuesday.

Sana may pagbabago sa timbang ko.
I've been told before not to rely on the weighing scale too much.

I'm not sure if you can burn two cups of rice by walking for 2 kilometers. Cut down on rice slowly if you can. You can substitute it with steamed veggies if you want. Then again, I've been eating rice on a regular basis and I still manage to lose some weight.

Good luck Ksajiro, I hope you'd achieve your goals. All you need is discipline and determination.

patience, patience, patience. just stick to your gameplan and you'll get there eventually.

Kaya naman some people thought im just joking.

By the way, if you have a scheduled regular trip to the gym say Monday-Wednesday-Friday, be sure to stick with it no matter what. Tell yourself that even if you have to move heaven and earth to go to the gym, you will still do. Make no excuses. Holiday or not. If all else fails, there are some no-machine work-outs available over the net.

You can't just put-off your work-out and say: Imma work my a$$ off next week. Stupid excuse not to burn those flabs, IMO.

If you skip your work-out today for example there are 60% chance you'll miss next week's. Know why? It's like telling yourself nothing much has change so your tendency is to put off your work-out. (got from MH)

Agree. I do my best to stick with my Sun-Tue-Thu gym schedule. If I miss a day, I make sure that I'd go to the gym the following day. I aim to work out thrice weekly.

Good thing that the gym I go to is usually open 24/7. Even on holidays, they're open.

^San gym mo bro? Regular Gym lang kasi pinupuntahan ko. Since I will be employed in a week's time, I'm now looking for a gym near my workplace. Ayoko sana ng FF or GG.

Oh cool. How tall is he?

To remain on-topic: Since it's summer, aside from committing yourself to the gym, I suggest that you try some summer activities. This is to keep yourself dedicated to your goals.

Hey guys!!! Thanks for the feedback.

ACTUALLY NATUTUNUNAN KO NANG MAG BIKE!!!!!! I BIKED FOR 2 HOURS. I WAS SWEATING REALLY HARD.

Every morning I take a morning walk with my dog din for 30 minutes.

I know how to control my diet na din.

Sana may effect ito by the end of this month.

At since marunong na akong mag bike may activity na din ako ngayon summer.

I'll also try mountain hiking din.

So basically my diet snacks are apples, kimchi, biscuit, at maraming maraming tubig.
