Jeron will most likely play small forward. His position with Xavier will be much different in the UAAP where the competition is even more fierce.

actually, Jeron easily adjusted to the SF position kasi yan din ang position niya nung high school. ang problema ay nagagawa niya yung mga ginagawa niya- to drive towards the basket- nung high school because he was taller (stands 6'1" to 6'2") compared to his competitors. hindi niya ito pwedeng gawin sa UAAP because a lot of those playing the SF position are either taller than Jeron or more athletic than Jeron.

what Jeron and even Oda needs to do is to develop their shooting skills. if the lanes are clogged (happened during the DLSU-UE game) or the opposition has taller and/or more athletic defenders, they cannot drive towards the basket. by developing their shooting skills, Jeron and Oda will not only be able to outmaneuver their defenders but will become more legitimate contributors to DLSU and threats to the opposition.

ang masasabi ko dyan, it's already between him and UP. he and his folks wanted him to move there so sila-sila na lang bahala if they could satisfy UP's requirements.
