During job offer with your new company, in case the expected start date will not work against your schedule (i.e. they expect you to start within roughly 3 weeks after filling resignation) however due to critical deliverables you cannot make it (and also it wont meet the 30-day notice period). Will it be okay to "bargain" in terms of start date? Reason why the employer likes you to start early is para mameet yung training sched since galing pang ibang bansa yung magttrain and wala na siya by the time magsstart ka if ever. You don't have concerns with benefits, salary etc, the concern is mainly on your expected date.
Can this be grounds para hindi ka na ihire dahil lang sa hindi mo mameet yung start date or generally employers would be amenable to this request? Any experience and advice? Thanks!
