Medaka Kurokami, the recently elected Student Council President of Hakoniwa Academy, has instituted a suggestion box in order to collect suggestions and improvements from fellow academy students. Together with Zenkichi Hitoyoshi, she solves problems, from finding lost dogs to cleaning up club buildings and even fixing personalities. During the course of the series, Kouki Akune and Mogana Kikaijima are recruited to the Student Council to help improve the school.
Soon, the Student Council discovers the existence of the Flask Plan, supervised by the Hakoniwa Academy Chairman in order to experiment on students with supernatural abilities, dubbed as "Abnormals". The goal of the project is to find a way to mass produce Abnormal beings. However, once a method is found, the students of Hakoniwa Academy will be forced to endure the vicious tests which will result in the death of most of the students. After battling many foes, the Student Council are able to put a stop to the Flask Plan. However, the results of their success are short-lived with the immediate introduction of Misogi Kumagawa, a teenage boy with a powerful abnormality. Using a school rule, he threatens to usurp Medaka's Student Council with one of his own.
After the defeat of Kumagawa, two students who were sealed by Kumagawa's abilities are able to complete their transfer to Hakoniwa Academy. The two students contain multiple Abnormal powers and are called "Not Equals". They are intent on reviving the Flask Plan once Medaka graduates. Medaka and her Student Council, now with Kumagawa in its rankings, attempt to stop the project's revival by training five middle school students to be their successors; however the five are secretly aligned with the Not Equals. When the five students begin to admire and respect Medaka, Anshin'in (the leader of the Not Equals) reveals her true plan: to isolate Zenkichi from Medaka and arranging for him to usurp Medaka as the main character of the story, thus completing the Flask Plan.

Episode 12, End of Medaka Box Season 1, days without Medaka Kurokami

Final Verdict : Una sa lahat, una naging sikat na manga ang Medaka Box, hindi ko alam kung bakit napaka-trending ang anime na 'to, pero who knows, sa kanila lang yun pero dito, (tooot), unang impression ko sa anime na 'to, siya ang 1st Year Senior High School Student na naging Student Council President lang at wala pang naging members, hanggang ini-alok niya ang childhood friend niya na si Zenkichi Hitoyoshi para maging General Affairs at right-hand man ni Medaka Kurokami para i-assist sa lahat nang tulong in case na hindi makayanan ni Zenkichi ang sitwasyon sa School nila, pati si Hansode Shiranui na kaibigan ni Zenkichi at apo nang Chairman nang School, ang tanging magawa niya ay mag-advice at Kain nang Kain, talagang patay-gutom si Shiranui, hanggang dumami ang mga members nang Student Council kabilang dito ang love rival ni Zenkichi na si Kouki Akune na ngayon Secretary, at ang former Swimming Club member at ADIK sa PERA na si Mogana Kikaijima na ngayong Tresurer na minsan nakipag-kissing scene kay Medaka(YURI WAH), sa unang season ang kuwentong ito ay tumulong sa mga clubs in case sa alahanin, pero pagdating sa pakikipag-sagupaan sa mga Disciplinary Commitee Chairmain na si Myouri Unzen, wasak ang School, pati Student Council Office wasak nang todo pero dedma ang mga students nang school dahil normal sa kanila, pero natapos sa pagpigil ni Zenkichi, Kouki at Mogana na pigilan ang pag-berserker ni Medaka para tapusin si Myouri, nasa last part nang season 1 at wala muna Medaka sa last episode, tanging sina Zenkichi, Kouki at Mogana na lang ang gagawa nang last task na tulungan ang Shogi club, let's start with Final Verdict, the animationn is good as it gets, the Characters are also great, especially Medaka's CV got better, Storyline,it's all about tulungan at kawang-gawa at medyo may bakbakan, hindi ko alam kung ano ang prefer, Medaka vs Myouri o Pacman vs Bradley, at last, content, medyo pala-kutitap si Medaka sa Fanservice issue, plus Yuri Kissing scene nina Medaka at Mogana, Animal Costume pero nilayuan pa rin siya nang hayop, at last ginagaya ni Medaka ang ginagawa nang kaharap niya, especially Zenkichi at ang iba pang characters, mahaba ang final verdict, I've rate this anime 7~8 out of 10, but I'm looking forward to 2nd season
