Ayan do the math kung sino dito yung lehitimong madaldal.

Ayus naman sana ito si Papi eh, problema sa kanya, when he gets owned (like who doesnt every once in a while?) he never takes it like a real man should. Ironically sya pa itong mahilig gumamit ng you-must-be-gay-card.
Ganyan pala ako kadalang magpost. Ang tamad ko.

Bakasyon naman kaya medyo may time for PEX. Anyway, thanks for using me as example for your statistics.

Double Standard ba.

Malaking kitaan yata yan eh.

A confidante told me about it. Napilitan akong magbigay. Pagtumanggi ako kakasuhan ako ng kung ano-ano. Nangyuari yan about 8 years ago.

    Hmmmm...the plot thickens...

Let's see...the barker did his civic duty in calling the attention of a traffic enforcer about a dangerously blatant traffic violation

and you contributed to the corruption of a traffic enforcer by bribing him?

    "Napilitan akong magbigay."

Sa akin ok lang yang mga barker. Nakakatulong din sa Jeep yang mga yan.

Example yung Jeep na nagaantay sa kanto. Effect ng barkers? Nagkakaroon nang unofficial 'pila' ng Jeep. Nagkakaroon ng order kahit papaano. Isa pa, yung mga yan ang nagcoconvince sa mga tao na sumakay kahit siya na yung pang sampu sa sampuan na Jeep. to those who ride Jeepneys alam natin na kung pang-sampu ka, it means 5 inches nalang upo mo but still, uupo ka kasi you felt compelled(with the help of the barker of course) to sacrifice comfort for the good of the people(well, passengers) para makaalis na. I mean, ayaw mong maging cause of delay, right?

Yung ruta ng zapote hanggang talaba, 3 daan, may sakay man o wala magbibigay sila.

I drive most of the time, I ride Jeepneys too, so alam ko kung anong mas nakakabuti sa nakararami(note: less traffic, mas efficient). Ito ang isa sa pinupunto ko. In this sense ok ang may barker.

  12. #112

The barker told me that it was one way. I told him that there was no sign stating that that road was one way and I apologized and even asked for help to guide me for the right direction since I was not familiar of the place. But instead of helping me, he called the attention of the police patrol about 20 meters away and arrogantly telling them and yelling that I was violating the rule. I explained to the officers my side but it seemed they were no intention to listen. They got my license and to my surprise asked me to follow them in the nearby fastfood. Then there's the offer. They even told me na 'sayang malinis pa ang lisensya mo wala pang violation. Gusto mo pa bang magkarecord?' My companion told me to accept it since we had a very important appointment that day. And being a first time violator, first time kong naexperience na kausapin ako ng ganon. It was a judgment call on my part. I had to make a decision. Although I admit that what i did was wrong kasi lumalabas na kinunsinti ko sila. Nasa isip ko kasi na, to get me out of that predicament, that was the shortest way. Since then naman, di na ako nagkaroon ng violation kasi i charged it to my experience at alam kong may mga ganong uri ng mga enforcers at police sa paligid.

The problem with you boy, kinondemn mo agad ako na para bang you're a graftbuster, so abiding citizen of this country and cannot do anything wrong.

Btw, malaki din ang multa ng going against a one way street.

    Shocking case of barkerism.

    Barkerist. tsk tsk.

Anyway, this was a good discussion, and it seems like people are starting to go beyond the basics on this issue. So carrying on, we know for a fact that the face of AIDs is changing somewhat, and that efforts to curb the disease had some progress at least. There are about 30 million people living with HIV, and the figure is still rising. But the prevalence among adults has leveled off somewhat and, the newly infected has (HIV), as with the number who die from AIDs. This means there were successes.

Of course, this also means we need to start rethinking how to fight off the transmission of the disease, as the at-risk groups are changing. This is doubly true here, where HIV infections are actually rising, as recent reports here have pointed out. The old profile of the sex worker, men who have sex with me, and the druggie has been updated with the upwardly mobile, young urban professional. casual and often unprotected sex among this young, educated group is a new pattern that is emerging. Question is how much of a pattern is it, and how it helps form a picture about how AIDs can be fought off here.

Now I need to read some literature...
