    Empire East projects feedbacks

I've been seeing a lot of their ads lately especially sa mga waiting shed ng bus stops along EDSA. I find their resort-inspired development quite interesting (forgot the name of the project), parang nakakaexcite tumira dun with the water amenities and all.

I'm wondering does anyone of you here heard or has an experience with Empire East? Thanks for those who will give their feedbacks

    mabagal development ng project nila..
example na dito ang pioneer woodlands..

Empire East is a reputable company. Sister company ito ng Megaworld Corporation who has been the number 1 real estate developer in terms of sales for past 12 years.

You can also check Megaworld condo units in The Fort. Affordable terms starting at 8,000/month. You can check the site: www.megaworldglobalcity.com Check out The Viceroy.

Yes, Empire East is a reputable company (sister company of no.1 developer Megaworld Corp.) that builds residential homes for the mid-income market since 1994. The construction might be slow as others claim but rest assured, each project is built with quality. Completion rate of all projects is also 100%.

I believe the one you're referring to is Kasara Urban Resort Residences, Empire East's resort-inspired project in Pasig City (a 2 min walk from Tiendesitas)

Just look for the thread on Megaworld here. Lots of feedback there.

    Angry Beware!!

If you want headache then you should buy a property with them. They are now Suntrust Properties and we are having problems with them ever since.
    1. Delayed turnover- took years!! Until now ang amenities namin dito hindi pa tapos. They started to sell around 2003 pa.

I'm not an owner of any of their properties, but I just noticed that sobrang bagal nga nilang magdevelop. I just happened to notice kasi I work in Ortigas at lagi ko syang nadadaanan.

Then may project sila na The Sonoma sa Sta Rosa. Nung una nag-iinquire kami but nung nalaman namin na Empire East ang developer, we didn't accept their tripping invitation anymore.

    Just my two cents.

dont trust empire east. hindi lang sobrang bagal and tagal ng turnover, sobrang hindi maayos ang process nila. totoo sinabi sa taas, if you want sakit ng ulo, empire east kunin na property. hindi nila mapagtatakpan na palpak sila just because madami silang gamit na advertisements. based on my experience to. after 2 years na nagbayad ako, umabot ng 200k, pull out ko na lang kesa mas malaki pa mawala sakin. check nyo ang cambridge village, iniipis na and wala ng kwenta ang amenities (yung mga natapos). walang magaasikaso sanyo once nakapg down na kayo.

May bahay akong binili sa Empire East way back 2005 i think. Regal Homes (Low-cost Housing).
Halos buong subdivision.

I don't have any experience with them but I like their projects and I have heard that they have good reputation. Good luck.

I'd rather DIY my own houseor condo.

Sucks to be a condo owner of Empire East.

Location is not a commodity in a place where location is relative and where OTHER developers can boast good location as well.
