Oops.. I'm not from HR. I was an applicant, before.

Yes, they also hire non-experienced applicants. But for the Engine account, you need to have at least a year of experience. But i think, there are other accounts that you can be profiled in. I read before IBM has Ebay Chat support. I'm not that sure. Better ask the recruiter if they have an opening.

Tips? Just be yourself. Always converse in english. Basic Questions lang naman ang kadalasang tinatanong. More likely, why would you want to work in the call center industry.

Hi. Sa Hanston Ortigas ka bro magapply. Wala nang IBM Daksh, IBM GPS na ang tawag. All these towers you mentioned will be under this name.

Pero to be distinct from one another:
IBM Business Services- usually Finance, Accounting and HR posts andito (office nila is sa IBM PLaza Eastwood)
IBM CRM- dito yung back office posts, voice accounts and tech accounts. HR office nila is UP Ayala, Hanston Ortigas and PBcom Tower.

BTW... IBM is still hiring for Bid Support Specialist post (backoffice) for Makati and libis sites.

Requirements (must):
*Graduate of any 4 year course
*At least 1 year of working experience (BPO or non-BPO)

Mirof? Never heard the name from recruitment. I think headhunter ng IBM yun. Mirof Consulting, i guess. Two people were interviewed last tuesday sa libis. Kaya i'm pretty sure open pa ang BSS post. Try niyo po magwalk-in

i got the same call dude. her name is andrea. I asked her if it would be a problem that i am an undergrad since the post requires a 4 yr course. she said no, it wouldn't be a problem. and then i went to pbcom earlier today and did not pass because i was an undergrad. such a waste of time and money. sinabi na lang sana sa akin nung tumawag kahapon na hindi ako qualified di ba? nakakainis lang.

hello sa lhat **......!!!!!! ask ko lang sana kung ano po ang IBM anong klaseng call center po cia? and ask ko lang kasi sa mga alam ko ang call center agent kailngan fluent sa english at my college level. e what if po kung hindi ganun? and hindi fluent sa english pero gs2 mag-try mag work us a call center agent inaccpt po ba ng IBM? meron po ba silang english training sa mga gs2 mag-call center sa kanila?

Actually, my monthly exam pero you won't be termed if you failed it. Besides, parang knowledge check lang siya ng mga updates. And binibigay naman yung topics for review bago ang exam.

May mga processes na madali, meron ding mahirap.
