can anybody give me some information about IBM Global Process Services? i received a call from them yesterday.. anybody have any idea about the compensation, benefits, leaves and work environment? the guy who called me told me to proceed to their office in Ayala Avenue, Makati City... any information would be appreciated. Wow. That's great. If you don't mind me asking if base pay from previous company was 18k plus bonuses. Would you end up receiving an offer from them more than 25k?

I think, it will still be the basic pay. Since bonuses are not really fixed right? I mean fixed salary based on your contract before. But it's just me. They might consider those bonuses if you tell them your net pay / month. Just negotiate on the 2nd interview.

more than 25k? I think maximum offer would be 22k or 23k basic + 3k allowance.

Assessments, if your pertaining to exams. Basic grammar, logic, cust service, sales, tech - in an exam.

So the process should be :
Initial interview, hr interview, exam, then final / operations interview.

For the engine account, i believe you should have at least a year of experience in the industry or relevant working experience.

Told you, it will depend on your previous salary.

100k coverage for intellicare after Process training (2-3 mos) + up to 3 dependents for married (wife / husband + 2 kids). Walang libre pag single.

1 VL / SL per month ata na puwede agad gamitin. Not that sure. Ask ko wife ko.

Nagapply ka na ba? I believe, walang opening ngayon. Madami pang nakatengga for final interview.

Single parents can enroll up to 2 kids.
Di talaga puwede parents eh. I'm not sure if may option to pay for their premium. Sa IBS kasi puwede, pero maxicare sila dun.
