Essential Functions

• Adopts client and internal corporate standards.
• Ensures quality and validation at all times.
• Reports to the direct superior about progress, concerns and suggestions.
• Document all needed and work related issues.
• Adopts new industry techniques through extensive research.
• Analyses and interpret work related data from clients and external parties.

Skills

• Converts designs to code form (PSD to HTML) like websites, microsites, landing pages, etc.
• Builds backend-enabled sites using Wordpress and/or Drupal
• Codes and implements Facebook fan and welcome pages, Twitter
• skinning, etc.
• Provides Initial deliverables (robots.txt, sitemap xml and html, rewrites, 404 pages) for client sites.
• Installs Google analytics code and conversion codes on sites.
• Debugs Existing Client Software.
• Uploads Content.
• Keen eye for details.
• Efficient reporting skills.
• Extensive knowledge in fundamentals in Web Development and related business trends.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma in any field.
• Required skill(s): PHP/MySQL, CSS, AJAX. Photoshop (Basic editing and slicing)
• Preferred skill(s): Joomla, C/C++, SEO knowledge and working experience is a big plus
• Required language(s): English
• Preferred language(s): Filipino
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 2-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in others or equivalent.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to work in Makati for full-time.

Additional Information

• Preferably with a college degree in IT or any related discipline.
• No strenuous physical exertion involved but may be required to extend longer hours in the office due to filing of reports and other deliverables.
• Works under minimal supervision.
