1. Anung rason bakit ka nagtatrabaho?
(Bottom Line dahil sa PERA.)
2. Kung pera ang pag-uusapan. Anung gusto mo kita-in? Malaki ba o maliit?
(Syempre sagot mo MALAKI.)
(Maisasagot mo to ng Oo/Hindi. Kung hindi?)
Compare both Employee or Businessmen:
1. Who can afford to buy good and many CARS?
2. Who can afford to buy many HOUSE & LOTS?
3. Who can SAVE big money in BANK?
4. Who can TRAVEL around abroad and spend LOTS of money?
5. Who are those people which you can call FINANCIAL FREEDOM?
So it means, to earn big amount of money or to become a FINANCIAL FREEDOM we need to engage to a BUSINESS.
Other people would say:
I don't have the CAPITAL to engage a business!
Capital is not the issue to start a BUSINESS. Even the capital is worth 50 php you wouldn't even start a BUSINESS. The real issue why people don't want to engage into BUSINESS is the lack of VALUES, INTEREST, SKILL, UNDERSTANDING in business. Even if the capital is worth 1 million you will still engage into BUSINESS. No Capital? People will find ways to have a capital because those people who are engage in BUSINESS knew that earning BIG money to engage in business.
Son, go to school everyday and have good grades! Work hard and study hard and when you finish in your STUDIES and you will graduate you will have a better and find JOB and you will have a BETTER FUTURE and all your dreams will be achieve!
After you graduate? Do you have a BETTER FUTURE? Do you achieve your dreams?
Son, go to school everyday and have good grades! Work hard and study hard and when you finish in your STUDIES and you will graduate you will have a better and find BUSINESS and you will have a BETTER FUTURE and all your dreams will be achieve!
Have you see the difference?
PINOY after graduating finds a JOB but a CHINESE after graduating finds a BUSINESS because they knew in business they will earn BIG MONEY. See Pinoys become an employee of their CHINESE BOSS?

Pasig, if you want to be successful in this kind of business you need to build a good relationship with the stall owners and look for people who you can trust or else you'll get burn. PR skills will be a really good asset, since you are working in a call center I think you have that skills.
One thing i can recommend is to keep track of your actual expenses. Prepare a monthly budget then compare it with your actual expenses at the end of the month and do a little bit of analysis for expenses with major variances. I'm doing this starting this year and so far helpful sa akin.
Let me share my figures for Jan. 2012, amounts below are in USD.
Cable & Internet-------- 45.00------ 32.00
Bike - gas----------------30.00-------28.00
Bank charges------------45.00------- 10.17
Padala sa Pinas!!-------750.00-------750.00
Monthly Allowance for
Other Expenses--------150.00------- 150.00
Medyo mataas ng konti ang expenses ko compared sa budget pero nacompensate din dahil sa $200 salary increase this year. My goal ay dapat laging mas mababa ang expenses kay sa budget...which is a big challenge to me. So far, for 3 months Jan to March laging sumobra ang actual expenses ko.

Thank you sir for the suggestion. Since the creation of this thread, I started tracking my budget against my expenses. I'm really struggling because my expenses keep on increasing instead of decreasing. As I end every day, I always make it a point to account my expenses down to the last centavo. I will continue what I'm currently doing and will hope for better result by next month. I believe this is what they call "widrawal syndrome".
Thanks and keep your suggestions coming!!!!
mrbeans: advice lang po, after niyo po makacreate ng EF and RF funds, dun po kayo magexplore ng options on how to increase your income streams..
Sabi kc nila one good way para makapag ipon... *decrease your expense or *increase your income..
your partner is so blessed to have you!
I will try to track down my expenses this yr. I did it last 2 yrs ago pero naka frnd ako ng one day millionaire medyo nahawa ako..kain sa labas, shopping s amga walang kwentang bagay.
This thread is somehow a wake up call for me!
The more utang ay the more pasanin lol.
