    Negosyante vs. Empleyado,

    1. Investment

Employees invest mainly on skill or talent, and some money, for a few weeks before receiving pay, afterwards, it's smooth sailing, salary wise.

Businessmen, not only invest on their skill but in business savvy as well.

They also take more risk with money, as for the investment itself and for compliance to operate a business, andami mo kayang babayaran na ibat ibang permit at taxes before one can operate legally.

Another, if youre business is franchised, like a fastfood chain, or a boutique of branded clothing line, para ka ring may boss, cos you'd need to comply to the standards of the mother company.

    2. Impact of loses.

    Employees

if they lose their jobs today, one can just start the next day or the following day, for job hunting.

    Businessmen,

if businessmen lose their business, they lose everything. They always have to be on their toes, cos once they lose their job, all their investment goes the drain with their business.

    3. Time and Effort,

Employees after working can go home, relax, and forget their worries from the day,

Businessmen have to worry the next day on how to cope with today's losses, like pag di nakabenta ng paninda, bayarin sa kuryente, rent of commercial space, the benefits of the employees,
    etc.

    4. Rewards

    Employees

Some professionals have chances for growth, so if you're a bachelor's degree holder, you can climb you way to the top and earn as much, it may take a while, but if youre really skilled, in 5-10 years, you should be earning at least, P40,000 above.

    Businessmen

Huge income, may come from huge investment. There's always a risk. But if you're confident and with money to spare, that if even you lose, you can always bounce back and try again. Go ahead. The world is in your hands.
