    You might want to reconsider Convergys... No problems with payroll, HMO and Insurance coverage starts at day 1 (unlike others which start upon regularization).

    Convergys is a good company in MANY ways, but it's not for me, that's all I can say =) Thanks for your input though.

    yep. umalis ako upon regularization, at hindi ko na idineklara izone sa sumunod na company.

    kahit sino kayang mag-stay, pero iba naman din yung bow na lang ng bow at magtitiis sa maling palakad.

    kung ang may problema sa disiplina eh yung mga umaalis/inaalis, bakit pinagbayad ng NLRC ang izone sa apat na empleyado last oct of 2011? more than Php70k ang settlement, at public record yan.

    Kung hindi mo dineclare ang iZone, baka naman ikaw ang may problema. Hindi mo siguro kayang idefend ang pagreresign mo o ang pagkakaalis mo.

    At pasensya na rin dahil mukhang wala ka na rin sa lugar para magsalita ngayon tungkol sa kumpanya, kasi wala ka na dito. Bago lang naman ako dito at wala naman akong nakikitang problema, ayos na ayos ang mga managers. Madaling kausap.

    napahiya ka siguro dahil akala mo random outsider opinion lang yung unang post ko; pasensya na. Mid Feb of 2012 ako umalis, so I pretty much know what I'm talking about. Di ko rin ugali magsalita ng masama about sa company habang parte pa ako nito, nasa fundamentals yan ng Loyalty Creed.

    di ko na rin hihintayin yung sagot sa tanong ko naman tungkol sa NLRC settlement (baka kase honest mistake lang at di mo nabasa). rhetorical question na lang yun kunwari.

    Since you're sticking to what you call as "Loyalty Creed," e malinaw na malinaw naman. Baka naman ang namiss mong part ay "Code of Ethics."

    At dahil sabe mo nga I'm new to this company, it's safe to just stick to what I believe is true.

    Sa wish mo naman na sana mag-improve na kame, maybe I don't know the whole story of iZone since its Day 1. Pero simula ng magwork ako dito, the company's doing good, it's actually getting better. Don't worry we're on our way to being the best. Sana naging part ka nga e, salamat sa wish mo.
