okay lang naman po.. kasi ganito po yun may tinatawag na "connect".. yung connect na yun parang online coins mo sila.. sa simula may 10 coins ka at kapag nirefer ka at succesful na yung registration mo makakatanggap ka ng 10 connects din (ganun din yung nagrefer sa iyo).. bale kapag nag apply ka sa isang work, magbabayad ka ng 1 connect.. sa isang buwan kasi by default meron ka lang 10 connects per month or per week yata yun.. so bale kapag naubos yung connect na yun.. next month ka na ulit pwede mag apply.. para magkaroon ka ng connect, either bumili ka ng connects sa elance which is $15 dollars yata for additional 20 per month OR gaya ng ginagawa ko mag refer din kayo.. every referral 10 connects yun! so kung may friends kayo mag refer din kayo or pwede niyo ipost name or link niyo dito para kayo naman ang gawin nila referral.. 60 na po connects ko at masyado na madami yun kaya share ko naman sa iba.. post niyo lang po link niyo..

to get your link.. go to resources then referral program..then click "or get a link to share" sa ibaba lang ng logo ng FB at twitter.. yung link na nandun, sarili niyong link yun at kapag yun ang ni-click ng kakilala niyo or referral niyo to register, at successful sila nakapagregister, may 10 connects na kayo on top of your usual connect.. kumbaga the more connects you have, the more na pwede ka magpasa ng application.. again, isang application na isa-submit niyo, isang connect ang bayad doon..

go ka lang teh dami naman madali work doon eh minsan kailangan mo lang laruin yung bidding system.. bidding in the sense na yung mga client kasi doon madalas pinipili yung mababa *** offer eh.. kaya nga talo natin mga foreigners doon kasi kaya natin bumaba ng $3 per hour kasi malaki ang palitan ng dolyar sa atin eh.. eh sa kanila ang $3 ay maliit lang.. sa atin malaki na yun!

cholotina16, all I can do po is make suggestions eh pero ikaw pa rin po ang mas nakakakilala sa kakayanan mo.. they don't care naman eh kung grad ka or hindi.. lahat naman naglalagay ng profile doon pero di naman sure kung totooo mga info. if comfortable ka with doing accounting/bookkeeping jobs kahit di ka grad at walang experience eh di gawin mo po, kung gusto mo naman mga simple office/admin tasks, unta ka sa admin support category. meron din transcribing/transcription jobs doon.. dami po eh pero kung saan ka comfortable, doon ka.

opo kailangan po attractive yung profile niyo.. maglagay ka ng mga sample works mo kung meron.. hiya po ako ipakita profile ko eh.. pm ko na lang..

guys always remember to make your profile as appealing as possible coz that's the way that you can sell yourslef online. minsan po ang technique para mapili kayo for the job is if your offer is quite lower than the others.. okay lang naman kasi 1st job niyo naman eh.. parang sa call center lang din kapag experienced ka na mas confident ka na mag taas ng rate

Thank you po.. actually una po ako nagka-account sa Odesk.. so bale meron ako pati yun.. active siya at paminsan-minsan may work.. pero based po sa observation ko (based po sa mga nakukuha ko work at ng kapatid ko) parang mas galante mga client sa Elance eh.. yun lang po opinion ko..
