I think pareho lang yung Chi Block na ginagamit ng Equalist at kay Amon. Yung sa Equalist lang, pareho kay Ty Lee na sa muscles ang target kay Amon sa Neck and Forehead, advance Chi Blocking maybe?. Probably magwe-wear off din siguro ang effects na ginawa ni Amon pero baka matagal pa? Theory lang naman

pero agreed with everyone opinion here that Amon doesn't completely takeaway bending maybe he can only suppress it for a long period of time...

Hirap lang si Aang sa earth bending pero hindi sa ibang elements. Si Korra naman sa nakikita natin nahihirapan sa air bending kumpara sa ibang elemento na madali nyang natutunan. Makes sense din kasi kung hirap sya sa air, talagang mahihirapan sya sa pag master ng spirit realm kasi IMO, malapit sa characteristic ng pag master ng air bending ang characteristic ng pag master ng spirit realm - ang monk-like character na meron si Aang at wala si Korra.

About Aang, hindi naman siya nahihirapan sa pagbend ng Elements yung Earth Element lang, kasi opposite sa personality niya. I think Aang easily mastered the Spiritual side because he is a monk. I agree with @xkcd, mas advantage kay Aang na Air Nomad siya coz Monks are good in terms of being spiritual. And Air Nomads are trained at a very young age. Just like Ikki and Meelo, kahit makukulit they have the patience to meditate and concentrate. Kaya kahit medyo makulit si Aang, he can easily handle the spiritual side of the avatar.

IMO, I think kaya nahihirapan si Korra on both the Spiritual Side and Airbending its because of her personality. Just like what Tenzin said, her personality is opposite sa Element of Air. And coz of her personality nahihirapan syang mag concentrate kaya hindi nya mkuhakuhang mag meditate which is I think one of the key to master the spiritual side. She really lacks patience, gusto siguro nyang matutunan agad ang Airbending kasi mas maaga niyang natutunan ang other three elements.

But, Im sure matututunan nya rin yan accidentally. Diba yung kay Aang, accident lang naman yung pag avatar state niya? Then slowly na figure out niya kung paano i-control yun. Magiging ganun din siguro si Korra.

I think the opposite of Air is Earth and Water is to Fire. Matigas lang talaga ulo ni Korra kaya di siya spiritual na person dahil sobra na siyang gifted from the start, kaya di siya maka airbend.

And I think her head will be filled with Mako that will affect her training some more.

My theory is, one won't be able to bend anymore if the Chi Blocked by Amon goes untreated. I think Amon's claims is true that he can slightly Energy bend in some ways to block bending but its not permanent. They may come up with a treatment down the line as the series progresses.

Ang longshot theory ko sa identity ni Amon ay descendant siya ni Cabbage guy at yung cabbages ang pinatay ng Firebender talaga at di magulang niya. lol!

Yeah what Tenzin said made more sense, kung yun Lightning nga dati dapat Hatred type Firebending lang ang puwede tulad ni Azula, ngayon kahit sinong Firebender puwede na gumamit eh.

They tweaked a lot of mythos in Korra.

I don't think they will ruin the series with that kind of plot twist and having 2 Avatars alive at the same time would destroy the entire mythos of the franchise.

May conspiracy na kasabwat daw ang mga Sato sa anti-bending movement.

I for one don't think so kasi parang pag naging kalaban si Asami, super easy na ang Makorra combination. Sayang ang love square or Z. lol!
