How much is the salary of a secretary nowadays? let's say the secretary works from M-F 9am to 6pm, no weekends.

A friend suggested that I start small, meaning I hire a virtual secretary but I don't think I can do that because I need to be with the secretary to delegate instructions. Tasks can sometimes be unpredictable, though some tasks do not need supervision.

I would need the secretary to do the following:

1. Encoding
2. Follow ups (phone / email / sms)
3. Set up Calendar Reminders
4. Respond to emails
5. Draft proposals/templates
