Valid ID and resume lang mostly mga naka corporate attire ang mga nag apply including me, pero may mga naka smart casual din, kaya pwede naman both

I just dropped by to the venue for interview and accompany a friend. My friend (Director of International Marketing) applied for the same position for Solaire (the GM told him that,they can't provide the same salary and they only need a Senior Manager for the said department)so we guess,they are really trying their luck their to hire people. Likewise,didn't took their offer. Just 3 people conduct interviews,seems they are rushing and no system at all,they accept walk ins (without going through their email first,and it takes so much time) enough said.
...how's your interview went? BTW, the interview is somehow different the way they did in their main office (from the previous posts i read from this forum)..good luck everyone!

Hopefully this will be a company which actually cares for its employees unlike RWM where resignations and hiring is like a revolving door.

RWM management should improve their employee benefits if they don't want a mass resignation (if it hasn't happened yet).

Nabasa ko sa thread na to nung May 18 din ang interview nyo? Pareho lang tayo hehe... So far sa mga kasabay natin that day na kilala ko wala pang nakakarecieve.. Marami rami din sila..

Hi, newbie here share ko lang experience ko sa Solaire, Nag apply ako for Slot Attendant post. nag apply ako dito kahapon, dumating ako sa E com bldg around 12, timing pa sa lunch break kaya pinabalik ako ng 1:30, so bumalik din ako on time. isa isa kami tinawag for height and weight measurement, then tinanung din nun HR kung may tattoos and scars ako, dentures, chineck din niya palm ko, tinanung rin niya if I'm wearing contact lens or eyeglass. She even suggest kung pwede ako for Casino dealer post since pwede daw height ko (5'5 lang ako ^^) then I said it's ok After nun, wait na lang daw ako to call my name again, 5 minutes or less tinawag na name ko for initial interview, nagkataon pa samin nakiupo yung observer, dalawa tuloy sila nag iinterview sakin ) ayun basic questions... bakit ako nag aapply for a slot attendant position, bakit hindi ko daw i-pursue *** nursing course ko, what do I think of Solaire blah blah blah, tinanong din nila ako if pwede ako for Casino dealer, as my second choice. though Butler ang 2nd choice ko, basta nag- oo na lang ako sa kanila, cge lang ng cge haha.

may mental calculation din pala, about percentages. tinanung rin pala nila ako kung anong alam ko about sa job na inaapplyan ko (slot attendant), tinanung din nila un job responsibility nun 2nd and 3rd choice ko (butler and casino dealer). after nun sinabi ng interviewer na maghintay ako sa labas and wait for my name to be called.

next. sandali lang din tinawag na rin nila name ko, personality interview un sumunod, masaya actually un part na yun, gay un interviewer, may dalawang girlaloo na nag lilist down ng observation nila *** or sa sagot mo, then isa pang girl na nag oobserve din. 15 kami bali sa loob, tawanan lang mostly, patawa kase un interviewer, din nag ask sya ng 4 volunteers para sa lego activity i don't know kung para saan un hehe. ayun. hindi naman lahat samin na interview, pero ako na interview ako buti na lang hindi ako pina pick up line kasi sa iba pinag pick up line ni interviewer haha. wala akong baon na pick up line after nun may tinawag na isa sa batch namin, i don't know kung anu na meron sa kanya pero samin 14 na natira, proceed kami to the next step..

un next step is personality exam sa computer, may papa check lang *** about the personality mo and kung ano ang tingin sayo ng iba, basta ganun, after nun sinabi samin ng HR na maghintay kami ng email somewhere in July-August para sa schedule ng final interview.

My experience during ng conduct *** ng job hiring dito sa Davao last month May 26 is, pgpasok ko plng ng ask na *** kung anu ba daw position na aapplyan ko then sbi ko Housekeeping or Receptionist/FNB area kse un *** na experience ko during my OJT. Pagpasa ko plng ng resume sa table sbi "maam bkit d ka mg apply *** sa Casino, Me: pause and just smiled! Then, the physical check up nla, height, weight.. blah blah *** girl na nka assign dun tiningnan resume ko "maam sa Casino kita assign" ok? . sumagot ako, sbi ko cge po okay.. then *** next is *** maze na prang numbers na dapat mo basahin *** d ****** malinaw mga lines.. then *** scenario na dapat mong sagutin with 3 panels.. the interviewer whom will ask that particular scenario on the spot. then may 2 na mkikinig sa mga sagot mo *** girl and *** boy na hawak resume mo then kung mganda sagot mo check2x nya kung cnu pasok sa nxt round.. then after is wait ka for a while kse process nla kung cnu ang pasok.. then kung pasok ka mg fill up ka ng application.. after that, wait ka nlng tawagin name mo.. During ***, knbhan ako kse first interview ko un kse fresh grad ako. final interview na.. during my turn, pagpasok ko sa room. d nko ininterview eh, kse *** application ko mya nklagay na agad na VIP! so sbi nya sa VIP area daw ako assign.. knbhan **** ako kse akala ko gigisahin ako sa final.. eh d nmn *** ng ask *** ** if willing ba daw **** ako mg work sa knila, san ko nlaman may hiring ***.. etc. tapos un tapos na.. then *** assistant sbi wait nlng daw sa email.. ng email nmn ng Index survey.. wait ko nlng reply nya d pa ng respond eh.. hehe sana matanggap.. uhmm 5'8 kse height ko and im a girl! HRM grad.
