I need your advise guys. Been applying for almost a month, however, I'm always tagged as over qualified for agent positions since I have worked abroad as a CC manager though maliit lang un call centre na nahandle ko. I tried applying for TL or team manager positions but usually they won't accept walk in applicants. Where can I possibly apply for TL post na pwede walk in? Tagal kc ng mga calls if I apply online... bored na ko super..wanna start working na again

I was in the same predicament as you are right now.suggestion ko lang,if it's ok with you, apply ka muna sa mga centers na maliliit while continuing your application elsewhere for a CC Manager or Team Lead post para lang di ka ma bored kase ganito talaga sa pinas and lahat (if not all) centers don't accept walk-in for managerial positions unless you are being called for your interview and presentation.kung ok lang din sayo, ibahin mo application mo for an agent post and for the Team Lead post or CC manager post kase baka ma shock na naman yung mga aaplayan mong maliit na centers.ika nga,pag practisan mo lang muna. you might learn alot sa maliliit na center kase nandyan ang pains lalo na kapag starting pa lang ang company. Applied here yesterday for TSR post, 12:30 passed my resume, wait for 30 mins, took initial interview for 30 mins and take profile exam (quite hard) and technical exam, waited again for more than 1hr for mid and final interview, (skip the mid-interview ), for my final interview its all about technical for DSL connections, personal interview with previous work, Interviewer is Kind and then waited again for the result, 4:30 pm i got the result that i will sign JO on Monday 8am, then get the medical slip (across the building-Friendly Care - tinapos ko na rin ang medical ko kahapon para di na babalik bukas, it took less than 1 hour).


I hope it will helps to other applicant willing to apply in Acquire!!!

Responsibilities:

* Assists customers with their billing inquiries and other account specific concerns by ensuring first call resolution.
* Promotes other products to customers by bundling relevant services to the existing subscription of the customer
* Ensures that prescribed results are delivered depending on campaign requirements.
* Ensures that attendance issues are controlled and to report to work as assigned / required / needed by the campaign on time.
