JOB POSITION: LOGISTICS PLANNER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist pharmaceutical reps in planning their meetings by booking reservations at fine dining restaurants with private dining rooms, order Audio/Visual Equipment, budget management and reconciliation.
As the logistics planner support, you will be responsible for the venue details, establish good working relationships with banquet managers/ private events coordinators at restaurants, ensure that the food that will be provided to the meeting participants are within budget based on the business rules set by the pharmaceutical company team you will be assigned to. As a 3rd party vendor, we are responsible for providing payment to these venues and ensuring that our clients do not exceed their maximum per person spending limit.
Eligibility Requirements:
Finished At least 2nd year college level (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply)
At least 6 months BPO experience, preferrably from voice positions
Typing Speed of at least 30wpm
Willing to work in Makati City

Answer: No. We are an In-house company with headquarters in New Providence, NJ. We are the market leader in our industry with over 40 pharmaceutical companies being serviced. We basically are in your normal office setting.
2. Where is your company located?
Our office for operations is located at the 25th floor, Export Bank Plaza Building, Makati City. Recruitment is being handled by our partner, Sutherland Global Services, at 12th Floor Philplans Corporate Center, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
3. Are there non-voice positions?
There are non-voice positions but right now, there are no openings in their department but we will inform if there are any openings.
4. It is a one-day hiring process?
