    The pressures are never-ending, AHT, Billit logs, Complaints. Buti nga ang QA, wala ng scoring, puro qulaitative na lang observation. Hay, buti na lang nytshift na ako, di na gaanong pressured sa calls. Kelangan ba talaga me TESOL kahit Journ grad para mkapagturo ng English abroad?

    hayzzz... kahit matagal na ko wala sa Dodo ramdam ko pa din ang hinagpis ng tech. Ang dami nyo na daw support pero ok pa din sa inyo. Sala-salabat na troubleshooting ang tinuturo pero ok pa din sa inyo. ANg mga certifiers nyo hindi calibrated pero ok lang sa inyo. Grabe kyo, saludo talaga ako sa inyo. Kung may magpapainom, dadamayan ko na lang, its the least I could do hehehe.

    Sa totoo lang sobra na talaga ang pag ka miss ko dyan.... mag kano na ba ang salary ng Night Shift.... Tama ka ako si "Knight" Percival Flores na nsa Vietnam SAIGON (Ho Chi Minh City) I really miss the Filipino foods ... meron naman Jollibee ** dami nga branch at libre kain ko kasi friend ko ang Country Manager hehehe Pinoy kasi... about TESOL oo bro kasi English graduate kailangan non kasi more on speaking ang ituturo. Well kilala ang mga pinoy ** as Communication teachers kasi Neutral accent at madaling intindihin. Sikat ang pinoy **.

    Mga Bros please make this forum a healthy one... puro solution sana ang gawin natin di reklamo... para maging masaya at di na masira ang forum (MAGLAHONG BULA) hehehehe

    final interview ko na sa thurs... anyone can inform me kung crucial ba ito?? kaso sobrang nosebleed *** mid-interview, inabot ng 1 hour. ganun pa rin ba pag final? tsaka ano po ba mga benefits dito at magkano allowance? to be honest, nakakadiscourage ang mga nakalagay sa thread pero kelangan ko talaga ng dayshift tsakaaa medyo ok yung sahod dito..

    I am in technical support in Melbourne for Dodo Australia and reading these comments is very concerning for me. I have worked for this company for many years and have always been heard when I had something to say. I would like to understand why you obviously feel so frustrated.

    The latest chika, is of course, Arni, the indefatigable and endearing tech trainer is about to leave us in a month's time. The reason she gave was so she can seriously attend to their family business. But I'd like to presume it was more than what hits the eye. I believe that partly, Arni has finally got worn down by the excessive demands and pressures from the Training Department. We see her in the floor tirelessly training agents, squeezing in 10 minutes of training during breaks. We see her , and with wonder, answering calls once in a while. We see her roaming the floor, giving roll outs and feedbacks. Suffice to say that to tech support, Arni is most supportive and dedicated so that at times when the best is demanded of us, we only need to look at her staying beyond office hours to do her job and be inspired. Many times, she would hide the darkening eyebags she had with concealer. Many times she would appear pale and had even passed out, literally. We could not begrudge her from leaving us at this time. She is invaluable to us, and we feel the training dept will lose an esteemed trainer in Arni. Through her, we view Training dept as more than just a dept active training new hires (unlike the other department which is a department unto itself, kelangan pa bang pangalanan yan?) but a supportive partner in tech operations.

    And another chika is that the increase is finally going to be released, hopefully this month. I hope I'm not preempting anyone, but I heard, its going to be retroactive so, PAINOM naman kayo jan!!
