if you are taking the mrt, get off at shaw blvd station and then to edsa central exit, turn right and then just walk towards the worldwide center bldg, acquire is located sa dungeon....i meant lower ground floor near mini stop. hope this helps. goodluck

We all have the right to vent it out in here but we don't have the rights to ridicule anyone especially if you don't know them personally. Acquire is not a perfect company. They are far from it but you can also say the same with other call center companies. Baka mag-work sa iyo ang Acquire kasi okay ang work ambience at ka-jibes mo lahat ng tao dito or baka naman feel mo napag-initan ka kaya halos murahin mo na ito. In whatever cases. This thread is designed to showcase how you really feel and how you cope up with it. Maraming strong emotion dito pero sana it won't pull us down in behaving in an unconventional way.

@rockets_jr22. You have to learn and de-learn everything. It means that those habits that you have made with other call center companies like too much process before troubleshooting a call will have to be removed. Focus more on the problem rather than the process.
But in the long run it might not be beneficial. If you are a really techie person then you can do so without the process. But if you are just a typical agent then it would spell problem for you because as a newbie the only thing that could help you resolve an issue is by following the process. Hope this helps.![]()
