Ito ang mga sagot sa tanong ninyo:
1. The only reason why these previous employees wants to go back to acquire or dodo whether cs, sales or tech is just because it's a "DAYSHIFT ACCOUNT"
-hasty generalization ito. Acquire is not the only company that has dayshift accounts. In fact, some companies offer more competitive rates and benefits. Now, why are we still here?
2. The only benefit that the company has just the same as above "DAYSHIFT ACCOUNT"
-I pity the limited benefit you see and get from this company. As for me and many others, more than the dayshift schedule, it's the people we come to love in this company that make me stay here for 3 years. 3 years, terminatorsomething. I know it's not much to you, as you may have call center-hopped several times already, but its the longest I stayed in a call center industry. I plan not to work in any other company after Acquire.
3. The reason why i said maybe, i will be thinking etc because syempre before you move out from the company hahanap ka muna ng lilipatan. It does not mean na pag ayaw mo na sa company resign agad, keep this in your mind guys na utakan dito sa trabaho; diskarte lang mga comrades di ba? as usual iingatan mo ang side mo rin whether if you're single or not iba na *** may malilipatan muna bago umalis sa company.
- I would assume you are a newbie to have this kind of sentiment. With this kind of attitude, you can't build a career. You can find work anytime but may not go that far in this industry. It is true that mainly, our motivation is the stability of work and the commensurate pay. But i believe to have the longevity in this industry, especially in a company like Acquire, it comes secondary as the years progress. More importantly, it is the working relationship you have with everyone around you--management to agents-and-support personnels-- that will keep you from resigning.
4.And for you smarterprince, ang tagal mo na dito di mo pa alam ang kabuktutan sa loob ng tech.? well, tinatanong mo kung sino papalit? bakit di sila mag hire sa labas ng company, kasi pag dito sa loob lalaki ang ulo at yayabang and later on ikaw din ang lalamunin ng mga yan na parang leon o dragon. come to think of it, ginagawa na tayong ***** o inosente ng mga taong yan kasi ugali nating mga pilipino as long na sumasahod okay lang kahit na sa tingin mo mali na sila at inaapakan ang pagiging pilipino mo. siguro ikaw isa ka sa mga alipores ng mga taong yan.
--Thank you for singling me out. Yes in fact, I have stayed for 3 long years in Acquire but to accuse me of not knowing anything about the issues you raised is downright wrong. I have been constructive in my suggestions to the company that I belong. I know the issues in and out and the sentiments I heard not only from you but from everyone else are not new to me. But there's a a difference between just whining and doing something.
Ako, when I think I have helpful suggestions, I raise it to my TL, or to Boss Al. You'll be surprised to know that they are actually amiable people. They may not give you what you ask for or act immediately on your concern, but they DO listen.
Hiring someone externally is not a good idea. The "Dodo tech" way is something that only us can understand. We can handle things ourselves thank you, we don't need one anyone, strange to our history and evolution, meddle in our affairs and tell us what to do. I believe we have among us competent people who can be leaders/managers. If this is being "clique-ish" for you, so be it. We consider ourselves a strongly-knit family and we are possessive in this regard.
Lastly, I'm not an alipores. I'd like to think I am fair-and-independent minded. To reiterate my prev post, I am one who thinks the glass is half-full.
5. In general, i would say all of you are brats and being handled by these people in position. kawawa naman kayo parang ayaw ninyong umalis sa dodo dahil wala na kayong malilipatan at masisipsip, hanggang dito na lang kayo.
