    Starting an Ad Agency

    I plan to start an Advertising Agency primarily specializing in graphic design. Where can I find tips for operations (standard rates to charge, commission fees, etc), organizations where I can learn more, or even books or publications that are geared towards the Philippine market? Thanks!
