Yes, the Zinnia Towers is still under construction. If I’m not mistaken the turnover date will be on the last quarter of 2015. And as of May 15, 2012, there are on-going clearing works at Zinnia Towers’ site. You may check the latest construction updates here: http://www.dmcihomes.com/zinnia-towe...n-updates=1283

Thank you for providing the turnover dates for these developments. I have been eyeing for these two for quite sometime, I still can't decide where to invest. My wife tells me that both are good investments since they're developments of DMCI Homes.

Hey sir. Both are good developments. I was just influenced by my colleagues and some relatives since most of them, nakatira sa mga apartments and condominiums. So when I knew na pre- selling ang Zinnia Towers, gumaan papaano pakiramdam ko kasi I still could save money for that, since sa last quarter pa ng 2014 ang turnover date nito. Plus, may feauture pa siyang Lumiventt Design Technology.

Either are great, as they both came from DMCI Homes. And we do know that DMCI Homes is a top builder. So choosing between the two developments won't be a problem. Although, you may have to consider what best fits your lifestyle.

Thank you for responding to my post. Anyway, I've already reserved a unit at Zinnia Towers. I inquired in their office, and they were so warm and welcoming. Having that discussion with them made me feel relieved and satisfied with the decision I made. And yes, they told me also about that feature, wherein it allows fresh air and natural lighting to enter the building. However, what I loved the most in this development is that its spaces are made larger than the usual cuts.

Yes. I do believe so. As I've told johnrick, when I went to their office to ask about Zinnia Towers, they were so accepting. I really felt their care. And that help me cement my decision to acquire a unit from the said development. DMCI Homes truly knows the advantage of good customer service.
