Not so much, After you start getting all these visas, it's more of a routine whenever you need to apply for one. Taipei, as long as you have a valid visa for Australia, the USA, Schengen, no problem.

I have a multiple entry Schengen visa and I'm getting a business visa for my next Tokyo trip which will be up in 3 days. So, nothing to worry there.
