Han Ga In revealed, “The days I don’t have filming is busier. There are so many things to do. Usually I wake up and eat then listen to classes too. I exercise so after I come back from exercise, I have to eat again and the day just flies by like that.”

Han Ga In added, “I don’t like the gaps in between so I make the schedule tight. I don’t even think a manager could make a schedule like that.”

Surprised by the unexpected side of Han Ga In, the production staff asked, “Please be on ‘Feel Good Day’.” Han Ga In seemed happy at the invitation and shared, “On a talk show of in person, what I hear the most are two things: ‘You’re taller than I thought’ and ‘Your personality is different from on screen’.”

She is wearing a simple jacket and her hair falls down around her shoulders. The pictures seem like a photoshoot even though she is wearing somewhat comfortable clothes.



What is most surprising about the picture is when she stares at the camera and smiles. It looks like she has no makeup on but she is still stunning.

PD of ‘The Moon That Embraces the Sun’ to join the MBC strike

The broadcasting of the last two episodes of MBC‘s ‘The Moon That Embraces the Sun‘ may be delayed for the production crew, led by PD Kim Do Hoon, has decided to join the MBC labor union’s strike.

On March 6th around 10 a.m., PD Kim Do Hoon was present at the company rally at MBC’s office building located in Yeoeuldo, Seoul, indicating that he would stop all production and participate in the strike. Moreover, ‘God of War’‘s PD Kim Dae Jin, and ‘Feast of the Gods‘s Lee Dong Yoon also joined. With the exception of ‘Light and Shadow‘, most of the shows on MBC are expected to be cancelled for the time being, an unprecedented and critical situation.

Last January 30th, MBC’s labor union requested the resignation of MBC President Kim Jae Chul and the neutrality of the station’s public broadcasting, putting a stop to all of the variety shows for over a month. However, the drama PDs had continued directing, due to the difficulty of resuming dramas after a break.

However, after company-assigned resignations of management and threats that the participants of the strike to be suspended or fired and other such harsh policies, the drama PD’s had an emergency meeting for 5 days and ultimately decided to participate in the strike. The PDs expressed their defiance to President Kim Jae Chul and Kyeong Young Jin‘s intention to use the success of ’The Moon That Embraces the Sun‘ and ‘Light and Shadow‘ to put down the strikes. Moreover, on Feb 27th, 49 out of the 51 PD’s of the drama sector released public statements, and have started to participate in the strike, making it seem impossible to even find other manpower to substitute for the crew of ‘The Moon that Embraces the Sun.’

UPDATE: Special Episodes of ‘The Sun and the Moon’ to Air This Week
MBC will be airing special episodes of The Sun and the Moon this week in lieu of the final two episodes. The decision was made after production for the final two episodes were stalled due to the show’s director, Kim Do Hoon, joining the other MBC drama PDs in the ongoing MBC labor union strike. The nature of the content of this week’s special episodes have not yet been revealed.

Additionally, it is likely that Lee Seung Gi’s drama The King2hearts, which was scheduled to run next week following the end of The Sun and the Moon, will not air its first episode on March 14 as planned.

[UPDATE] ‘The Sun and the Moon’ Final Episodes Will Not Air This Week

MBC officially announced that it will not air the final two episodes of The Sun and the Moon this week and air special episodes in its place.

Kim Soo Hyun’s agency, Key East, meanwhile said Kim will continue to give his all for the drama’s production until March 8 as originally planned, but due to his other schedules it is impossible for Kim to return to the set after March 8. Han Ga In, meanwhile, has opened up her schedule for the production.

Taking into consideration the schedules of the actors and other crew members, the production staff is working to finish production to ensure that the drama resumes its broadcast within a week.

Director Kim reportedly returned to the set temporarily on March 6 to film a key scene between the two main actors. The production crew reiterated that the director’s return was temporary and that he would leave the set after the scene was finished filming and participate in the labor union strikes as scheduled.

Lee Seung Gi and Ha Ji Won have changed into royal family members in the poster of MBC TV’s new drama series The King 2 Hearts.

On March 7, Kim Jong Hak Productions released a poster of The King 2 Hearts.

The King 2 Hearts is a love story between Kim Hang Ah (Ha Ji Won), a drill sergeant of the North Korean special forces, and Lee Jae Ha (Lee Seung Gi), a reckless, arrogant prince of South Korea. Based on an imaginary setting that South Korea is a constitutional monarchy, they go through prejudice against each other, the boundary between the two countries, and their social status to achieve love.

In the poster, the mixed feelings that the two characters have toward each other in the series are clearly shown.

According to reports, Lee and Ha impressed the crew with their perfect teamwork at the poster shoot on February 14. Without taking much time, they created perfect shots. The crew praised them saying, “This couple will surely make a hit in the first half of 2012.”

Kim Jong Hak Productions says, “Lee Seung Gi and Ha Ji Won satisfied the crew with their perfect teamwork from the poster shoot. Like the poster of Ha Ji Won as a pure goddess and Lee Seung Gi as an attractive prince, The King 2 Hearts will be a well-made drama series that will satisfy the viewers.”

The King 2 Hearts is directed by Lee Jae Gyu and written by Hong Jin Ah, who also made Beethoven Virus together. It stars Lee Seung Gi, Ha Ji Won, Yoon Jae Moon, Lee Yoon Ji, Jo Jung Suk, Lee Soon Jae, and Yoon Yeo Jung.
