Secret Garden’ may seem like a typical Cinderella story of love between a wealthy, intelligent and charming mogul, Kim Ju-won (played by Hyun Bin), and a poor stunt woman, Gil Ra-im (played by Ha Ji-won). However, a twist, the accidental switching of souls between the main characters, and unexpected episodes subsequently save the drama from slipping into banality. In fact, the viewers may feel content to learn the reversed psychology of men and women vicariously through the drama.
The SECRET GARDEN drama sucess is attributed to the perfect combination of witty lines, distinctive characters, and outstanding acting by Hyun Bin and Ha Ji-won.
Synopsis
Kim Ju-won (Hyun Bin) initially comes across Gil Ra-im (Ha Ji-won) while trying to resolve a scandal caused by his cousin, Oska (Yoon Sang-hyun). The accidental encounter lingers in Ju-won’s head, and eventually urges him to approach Ra-im by auditioning at her action school. Frequenting Ra-im’s work and home, Ju-won continuously shows his affection for her. Then, one day in Jeju-do Island, Ju-won and Ra-im end up at a bed & breakfast where they are each offered a bottle of liquor by the owner. They drink their liquor at the same hour, and wake up the next day to find that their souls have been switched! Ju-won is now Ra-im and Ra-im Ju-won. Although discombobulated at first, they gain deeper understanding of each other as time passes, and Ra-im gradually opens up to Ju-won.

The Film Set of "The Moon that Embraces the Sun" Is Now Off Limits, Why?
by: jbarky on Feb 28, 2012
The film set for the drama “The Moon that Embraces the Sun” is now “off limits” to the public and also entertainment agency employees. Even actors/actresses are being restricted on entering the filming set.
Currently, “The Moon that Embraces the Sun” only has 4 episodes left. Usually, a popular drama of this sort will make the filming set “off limits” in order to stop leaks about the storyline and ending. However, the storyline for “The Moon that Embraces the Sun” is based on a novel and can be accessed easily. Then what is the reason for the restricted access on the filming set?
The reason is to increase the focus of actors and actresses. Currently, “The Moon that Embraces the Sun” has a type of “Live Broadcast System” where filming will take place on the same day of broadcast. The script is also only released on a per-episode basis.
Finally, a representative stated, “There isn’t enough time for memorizing all the lines because it is a ‘Live Broadcast System.’ It is difficult for the actors and actresses to focus if the environment is distracting. Restricting access to the film set is a solution created by the production team.”

TV [SPOILER] Kim Soo Hyun and Han Ga In Exchange a Kiss

The Sun rejoiced over the return of the Moon. King Hwon (Kim Soo Hyun) sobbed out his happiness at learning that Yeon Woo (Han Ga In), whom he thought was dead all this time, was alive, and finally held his lover in his arms once again.
He derailed himself for not recognizing her when she had been right in front of him all along, but when the name Yeon Woo came to his lips, his dead soul came alive once again. He had promised himself that he would never fall in love in this lifetime, but he fell in love again with the same person that made him make that promise.
As Hwon and Yeon Woo finally recognized each other for who they truly were, the upcoming February 29 and March 1 broadcasts of MBC’s The Sun and the Moon will be putting the couple’s love story back on track.
They will be exchanging a kiss, and will also share the strong emotions that they weren’t able to share for the last eight years with hands clasped tightly together.
It seems that Yeon Woo would be hesitant to express her love due to her character, but she will be shaking up Hwon’s heart, which hadn’t been dead for such a long time, with the words, “My heart is already yours, Your Majesty.”
Viewers will be able to quell the sorrow they felt at seeing Hwon and Yeon Woo constantly miss each other. The Sun and the Moon broke through 40 percent viewership ratings when Hwon started sobbing after learning who Yeon Woo really is, and many are looking forward to seeing the drama take things to a new level by aiming for the 50 percent rating mark when the two start to finally get into their relationship.
Of course, there are still many obstacles in their way. Yang Myung (Jung Il Woo) still loves the same woman that Hwon does, and there is the story behind Princess Min Hwa (Nam Bo Ra), who was involved in the curse ritual performed on the Crown Princess Yeon Woo in the past. Hwon and Yeon Woo still need to fight to get to their true happy ending.
But in the meantime, Hwon and Yeon Woo will be enjoying their short reunion before the bloodbath, lighting up the small screen.
