Unilever/Wall's/Selecta MAGNUM ICE CREAM - Now in Manila!

tried three flavors:

Classic - okay naman. gusto ko texture ng ice cream niya. pero may sawa factor

Chocolate Truffles - not a fan and considering i love Selecta Gold's Chocolate Truffles, the Magnum version is disappointing.

Almond - this is the one i like the best. could probably eat two in one sitting


between Selecta's Magnum and their Gold Series of ice cream, i prefer the Gold easily

it may be one of the reasons, or the "hype" has died, or supply is back to normal.

Tried the Korean Binggrae brand recently. It costs 20 pesos less than Magnum. And all we can say is that there is justification as to why Magnum costs what it is. Magnum has a slightly higher notch on the ice cream quality, texture, taste, and even its consistency. Even the chocolate used by magnum is thicker and fuller in flavor.

the 50 peso price tag ng magnum is very justified, imo. the quality ng ice cream is just higher than the regular 30 peso drumsticks, imo.
