i worked in a bank and only lasted for 5 months .. sad to say i wasn't able to make up for their standards so ndi ako na-regular ,,

so now i'm looking for a job and most common question is always why did i left the job?? tama bang umamin sa ngyari ? will it slim my chances of getting hired?

yung officemate ko before yun din reason for leaving. not regularized. ngayon sa HP na siya nag wowork at mas maganda pa yung pay niya

I say be honest. Mahirap na baka tumawag sila sa company mo dati, mas lalo ka hindi matatanggap pag nagsinungaling ka.

E eto, common na tinatanong sa interview if may tardiness issue ka sa previous company, kung na-memohan ka na ba dahil dyan. Syempre isasagot ko wala/hindi. (kahit meron)

Malalaman pa ba nila yan kung na-memohan ako sa previous company ko dahil sa tardiness?
