    just wanna ask, how is the recruitment process here?

    I applied here earlier around lunch, i had my versant then an initial interview with Mr.Tall Semi kalbo Guy "forgot his name" .
    After the interview he told me that someone will call me back after 2-3 Business day, because they will review all the application that they had received for the whole week and for them to determine who will be shorlisted.

    Anybody can confirm this?, should still hope for something?. TIA

    Hi, if you don't fit one or two of the qualifications, would they instantly not entertain you?

    I only have 5 months BPO experience, so that's 2 months off of the experience needed for the position. Will they at least let me go through the application process? I'm quite confident I can pass, but I'm worried that they might reject me right away because of my lack of experience.

    Should I still give it a try? Or will I be wasting my time?

    Just to set your expectation(s), one of the requirements, is to have a 7 months solid exp. with one BPO company, I would suggest, that much better if you can still have more months of exp. with your current company so that by the time you apply to us and be screened, your tenure will definitely suited for an analyst level. Since you’ve mentioned that your are confident that you will pass, better wait for the right time, That's the best advise I can give you for now.

    Well my current job isn't a call center, so it won't really add up to my cc experience and only delay me from getting cc experience.

    I have other questions as well, is there a way I can contact HR or anyone who works for ADP, it's just so much easier to talk than type questions on forums.
