up up up up up - sino nag-start or currently employed na dito??? feedbacks please!![]()
they are still hiring.the post is up until September according to jobstreet.
They accept walk-ins. Exam first then if u pass, will proceed onto the interview. then background check in which they are very strict. So make sure you don't mess up with the interviewer by overstating things. Maximum of 2 weeks assessment, then you will be contacted afterwards for the result.
Hope it helps.

-Do they accept associate's degree (2yrs.) graduate?I was here just recently, so I can attest to this. And if I might add, they have a batch to onboard on the first week of August. There's still enough time to apply, everyone!
Backcheck's Recruitment team is nice, too. They're friendly and accommodating.
So parang call center din to? Outbound calls? Tama ba?
On Jobstreet, it says:
"Only graduates of the courses below will be processed:
Philosophy - Social Science/Sociology - Behavioral Science - Business Studies/Administration/Management
Human Resource Management - Humanities/Liberal Arts - Psychology - Commerce - International Studies
Mass Communication - Political Science - Economics"
Is your course in the list? If it is, then maybe you could try. Or maybe you could ask them first para di sayang effort mo kung sakali.
And silentsact1,
Yes, in a way? It's like doing an HR job in a Call Center environment.![]()
I was here earlier, nag walk-in lang ako. Mabilis lang, I arrived at 10:00am then 3pm tapos na. naglunch pa ko nung mga 1:30
Process:
1. Exam (call sim, typing test, IQ/EQ test, attention to details)
2. Fill up forms
3. Interview
4. 1-2 weeks waiting period (they'll do the background check and the AVP will decide if they'll hire you)
Environment:
Tas dress down dun... kahit nakaslippers ok lang. feel at home.![]()
up up!
how's life here?
Anyone working here?
May Medical benefits pa.
I was just wondering yung growth dito? Saka, mag ka opportunity kaya ng day shift? May increase ba ng salary?![]()
up! are you sure outbound ito?
