"Guys don't feel sad about us not making it to Singapore. We did all our best, but still we can't get a flight out for ourselves! It's okey guys! What I was very happy TO see was the great teamwork and willingness of everyone to HELP us out in getting another flight for Singapore! But I think GOD has better plans for our TEAM, Singapore is not the place for us! I know in GOD's time we can unleashed that POWER to bring honor for our country! TO THE ALL GIRLS TEAM PILIPINAS, GOODLUCK AND GO ON WITH THE FIGHT! MAKE US PROUD!"
"sayang talaga, we left early going to the airport. But because of some unexpected developments, the bus we are in overheated! We got stuck for more than an hour. Sayang talaga. ANG GANDA PA NAMAN NG ROUTINE NG TEAM PILIPINAS CO-ED! But it's okey, it didn't really all gone to waste! Because we were able to build a Cheerleading Team that will be the envy of everyone! In time mapapanood po ninyo ang routine na dapat sana ay gagawin ng ating CO-ED National Team! After all of these, GOD IS GOOD! Because there are thing that happens that we can't understand.... ONLY GOD KNEW WHY....: )"

Posted at around 4am.
Im here at the venue na. Intermission number from Medodist Girls School (Singapore)sana makakuha ako ng magandang pwesto and makunan ang Team Pilipinas.
Tapos na ang Vulcanz. Nasa floor ngayon ang Geckos. Sunod na Team Pilipinas.
Solid routine from Team Pilipinas All-Girls. Nabuhay ang crowd dito. Ang saya!
Nakuhanan ko yung buong routine. Upload ko mamaya.
^Pa-link dito Naked! Excited!
Sayang.
Team Pilipinas All-Girls, SEACO 2012 Champion!Back-2-Back!
I'm uploading the vid now.

Team Pilipinas All-Girl wins GOLD!

@radial: Nandito ka ba sa SG or isa ka sa coach ng team?

Coed Premier Results

All-Girl Elite
1st Place: Team Pilipinas
2nd Place: Vulcanz, Malaysia
3rd Place: Cyrens, Malaysia
Free Pom
1st Place: Crazy Dragons, Thailand
2nd Place: Gecko Cheer Squad, Guam
3rd Place: Hohai University, China
Notes from SEACO:
* The whole time the All-Girls were performing, most of the audience were standing unlike dun sa other team's other performances. The cheer from the crowd was deafening (at least where I was seated). Hindi lang mga parents (who were in full force supporting their daughters) pero I saw some SG university squads in front of me were howling with approval with all our girl's performance!
* Most Golds went to Thailand who won in Elite Coed, Free Pom and another category that I forgot.
* The best performance the SG team can do is 3rd place for Coed Premier. Wonder ko lang why the 2012 Singapore National Cheerleading Champion Singapore Polytechnic's SP GUSTO team didn't join. They have higher skill level than the team representing SG now. My guess is they're preparing (or put more importance?) for their routine for 6th Cheerleading Asia International Open Championships 2012 (CAIOC) in Japan on 19&20 May 2012. Dahil ba connected ang Federation Cheerleading Singapore (and the 2012 Singapore NCC) and CAIOC sa IFC and not sa ICU?
* With all due respect to Dreams All Stars Indonesia, my (biased) opinion tells me mas mataas ang skill level ng Coed cheerleaders natin if I will base my assumptions sa last NCC Philippines. It's sad that Team Pilipinas Coed wasn't able to come. Can they join the Cheerleading Asia International Open (CAIOC) at Japan in May? UP Pep joined another IFC-sanctioned competition late last year the Cheerleading World Championship and they won 3rd place. Maybe our team Pilipinas COED is destined for CAIOC 2012!
* Since ICU-sanctioned event ang FREE POM, I think it's high time na introduce ito sa NCC Philippines. I bet mas maraming teams ang pwede dito because there is less emphasis on tumblings and pyraminds. The team from Guam was good but Thailand was in another class altogether. I believe itong category na ito mas lalabas ang creativity ng mga cheer athletes and champion coaches natin!
* The judges were international with one from Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. The US was represented by two. The Philippines was represented by NCC Philippines' JR David.
Grabe. Hindi ko alam kung maiinis ka ba or maaawa sa co-ed. Like WTH, they have got to be kidding me. Failed to make it to the flight 'cause of an overheated University of Perpetual Help bus?! COME! ON! Like some good (or in this case, very bad) April Fool's joke. Wish the team had better support from the bigger schools or some sort of sponsor.
Anyhow, congrats to the all girls team for bagging 1st.
Congratulations Team Pilipinas! Great routine!
Are they all gymnasts? I think everyone (or almost?) did tumbling series.
Sh*t happens. Kahit pa may support sila from bigger schools kung masiraan pa rin ang bus nila going to the airport, mami-miss pa rin nila ang flight. Lol.
But wouldn't it be more convenient kung the day before the competition sila lumipad?
