Planning to buy one soon.. TIA

I have the same question din (compression leg sleeve). Hehe. I'm planning to buy a pair this weekend. Thanks!

  6. #46

Nakabili na ako. P2,100 bili ko.

The SLS3 Compression Day Sleeves provide increased calf muscle performance during training and racing. This SL3S seamless TekWeb technology makes the ultimate must have garment for the serious athlete. The SLS3 Day Sleeves will aid your body in getting oxygenated blood into your legs, removing lactate and other waste products. They also provide muscle support by reducing muscle vibration and energy loss, while increasing accuracy and efficiency of movement. The honeycomb design on the back provides special support while the space in between allows for optimal ventilation

HAHA.

Eto yung another link. Actually LP shin & calf support yata ito. Here's the link..

Same lang din ba itong LP na ito sa nabili mo or magkaiba pa yan? And saan mo sya nabili? TIA..

  11. #51
^ Pareho din. Brand lang naiba.

Sa Secondwind Ortigas (Home Depot) ko nabili yung akin.

  12. #52
    Thanks JC..

  13. #53
Ayos yung lalaking nag-assist sakin, JC rin yata yung name if im not mistaken. Alam na alam nya talaga yung binebenta nya. Lahat ng tanong ko nasagot nya, and very satisfied naman ako sa mga answers nya.

About sa calf/leg sleeve, I tried it yesterday.

    ont:
tanong lang, if san sa Mandaluyong pwedeng tumakbo? Bagong lipat kasi ako, masyadong malayo na ang UP Dil.
    TIA!

can running and rice co-exist? i mean can you still tone your body thru running kahit regular kang nagra-rice? or gaanong amount of rice ang kailangang i-consume sa isang araw? or gaano ka kadalas dapat tumakbo? thanks

  16. #56
@ JA - actually the more nga na nararamdaman mo yung init, it means effective sya. It will give more oxygen and good circulation sa dugo, which means less lactic acid. AFAIK..

@ DAJavi - to your question, I think YES. Both running and rice can exist. Rice is a good source of carbo, and as long naman na nabu-burn mo yung energy na nakukuha mo sa rice, then I see no problem of you taking rice.

Baka kelangan mo ng ibang shoes or better medyas... Consult ka sa running store specialists like Runnr or Riovana... Anu ma-aadvice nila na kelangan mo...

  20. #60
@ bokswager - ground_break is right, maaaring sa shoes or medyas yan.

Ever since nagpalit ako ng medyas, never nakong nagka-paltos. HTH
