    guys any insight about applying Ice/cold to the knees after every run? is it true that it improves recovery? or I should only do it if I feel PAIN? thank you in advance!

    kainis ang haba haba ng sinulat ko, nawala bigla!

    anyway, ice therapy is recommended if you feel any pain and if there's swelling in your knees

    bukod sa ice, you may also do the PRICE-H method (nabasa ko sa multisport mag)

    P - Protection
    R - Rest
    I - Ice
    C - Compression
    E - Elevation
    H - Heat

    W - Recovery
    H - Speed/Hills
    F - Rest
    S - LSD
    D - Cross Training

    anu bang dapat kainin before the run, *** specific ah hehe, mahirap kasi pag generic.. isa ko pang problem minsan *** nde makatulog prior the race, *** anxious masyado kaya ayun, puyat during the run..

    ako bar of chocolate kinakain ko before ng run..(ako yun ah hindi ko nirerecommend )

    sa pagtulog wala akong problema kaya wala akong mai-share..
    (magpuyat ka ng friday tapos maaga ka gumising ng saturday..wag ka matutulog the whole saturday,kahit idlip wag ka iidlip..sarap na matulog sa gabi non..! )

    May na attend an akong lecture ni Michelle Estuar. Sabi nya, she eats wheat bread with peanut butter before a short run.
