    Sir Jay, paki-clarify naman. Thanks.
Nelbert Omolon broke the 40-point mark only once in his career.

It was January 13, 2008, during the 2007-2008 Philippine Cup while playing for Sta. Lucia scoring exactly 40 points. (4/5 3PT, 7/11 2PT, 14/17FT). He also had 9 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, 1 turnover and 3 fouls.

    In his previous game, January 6, 2008, he had 13 points (0/3 3PT, 5/9 2PT, 3/3FT). He also had 8 rebounds, 1 assists, 3 steals, 1 block, 1 turnover and 3 fouls

    And in his next game, January 27, 2008, he had 26 points (3/7 3PT, 4/6 2PT, 7/9FT). He also had 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 block, 2 turnovers and 4 fouls.

I think it was the Bull then Big Game James.

Duremdes, the hottest player in the ongoing Samsung-PBA All-Filipino Cup quarterfinals with back-to-back 40-point games under his belt, has been grounded by a strained left calf muscle he incurred in Sta. Lucias 83-81 win over San Miguel Wednesday night.

Mas sayang kung hindi ako makakalaro kung umabot kami sa finals, said Duremdes, the first local player since Nelson Asaytono in 1998 to hit the 40-point mark in successive games.

^ Yung time na nag back to back 40 pts game si James, si The Bull nga yung sinabing player na huling nakagawa ng ganung feat and if i'm not mistaken, that was year 1996.

As for Caguioa, 45 or 47 pts ata yun and on that game, na-fouled ata sya at bago nung malapit na sya sa bench ng Ginebra, humiga sya sa sahig sa sobrang pagod!

^ year 2003 yung kay duremdes

Omolon scored a personal high 40 points on 11-of-16 shooting in the two-point area and hitting 4-of-5 beyond the arc with nine boards as Sta. Lucia earned its first ever outright semifinals slot on January 13, 2008 with a 123-106 rout over the Air21 Express.

Two major attributes for Air 21's twin success the past 3 days:

    1. Marcus Douthit - averaging 24.5 rebounds per game for the past two games in a monster effort inside. Despite a paltry six point production against TNT, he more than made up for it with 26 points tonight. But more importantly, Douthit is one of the few imports in the league today who's capable of making his teammates look good. Despite the lack of local depth, the players have been delivering.

    2. Defense - underrated it has been but Franz Pumaren's defensive strategy has paid dividends. Not wanting to compete against their opponents on the offensive end because of lack of scoring options, Pumaren has made this team to play solid defense all throughout the game. Which can be underscored by TNT's 78 points in their last game (you don't do that to a sleek offensive machine like the Texters) and 85 tonight against the Aces. LA Tenorio and Cyrus Baguio, averaging close to 42ppg, were limited to 24 points tonight. Outstanding effort on defense for the Express.

Notwithstanding the bad foul on Adam Parada that led to a 3-point play, he really played well.

Air21 has no more 1st round picks this coming draft.

Petron has Air21's 2012 1st round pick.

After trading back the Bolts’ 2012 first round pick to Meralco, Air 21 no longer has a pick in the first round in next season’s draft. The Express’ top pick has been acquired by Petron in a deal with the old Barako Bull franchise, the precursor to Shopinas.com.
