Oo nga no! Maybe not just excel. Maybe there are other kinds of software that agents usually use tapos we can give tutorials or at least introduce these to them.

I know some of you may already know about this, but to those who don't, I believe you'll find this VERY helpful:

    http://www.nbi.gov.ph/online_application.html

My GF tried it, it took her less than 10mins to get her new NBI clearance. Kung may HIT ang name mo, babalik ka after 3 days (minsan up to 1 week), pero all in all, less than 30mins lang aabutin mo (combined na yung 1st and 2nd visit). Matagal pa byahe namin from Laguna to UN Ave.

Forget about the old style na pipila ng madaling araw to get a number tapos maghapon siksikan at palitan ng mga pamatay na amoy.

The blog is currently under construction, however, I've already posted two articles, third one on the way. I dont want to advisertise the link here (out of respect to the moderators), so please message me and I will send you the link.

For Local lang ba yun? Paano yun for travel abroad wala?
And may I also ask. It sounds lame though.
What should I wear to a call center interview???
It may be super simple but it happen one time I applied for a TSR and my attire was a casual business attire. polo, slacks and black shoes then when I saw the interviewer(recruiter) he's just wearing polo shirt, denim and slippers I felt embarrass. That as if I'm a FILLER.
So hopefully you can guide me now how to style for an interview. If it's ok to just wear polo, denim and sneakers for a walk-in applicant. TIA and I will be waiting for your reply.

RE: NBI - If you'll check on the link provided and go thru the process, may page doon na you have to fill-up and may drop-down menu kung anong klase ng clearance need mo (local employment, travel, firearms license, etc).

RE: ATTIRE - tama ka sa sinuot mo (polo, slacks and black shoes). Masyado lang at home yung recruiter. iwasan mo denim at sneakers, you need to be at your best eh.

How about Employee Relations related topic? (e.g. Illegal Dismissal, Illegal Suspension, Unfair Labor practices) Marami kasi sa ating mga kapatid sa HR Industry, kung hindi alam maginterpret ang Labor Code, ay mali ang pagkakainterpret. With due respect to our HR Practitioners in this thread. I suggest na magkaroon sana tayo ng Strategic HR practice, meaning.. Wag tayong magrely sa decision ng Ops Manager kasi dun kadalasan nagkakaroon ng butas para magfile ng case yung Agent sa NLRC or parang help desk sa mga agents na nasa thread if they have questions about Payroll, Actions made by their managers, Supervisors etc.

btw, kudos to olh8red for sharing Recruitment tips and suggestions for our applicant friends. Btw, If you want to go further studies in HR, Please pm me if you want to get a form?
