Find things that makes you relax, go see friends, watch a movie, laugh a lot, go outdoors, roadtrip, look for inspiration... etc, ewan ko na lang kung hindi ka ma unstress

ako what i usually think was going back sa pinanggalingan ko..i used to do manual works before i joined the call centers at compared sa trabah natin ma higit na mahirap ang trabahong manual..tayo nakaupo sa aircon, pa internet internet pa, at nakakapg pex kahit oras ng work..so doing that assessment and going back sa mga bagay na pinaghirapan ko makes me motivated to go back to work..

Second thing, we can appreciate our jobs too once we lost it..so kung hindi mo mamahalin ang trabaho mo paano ka niya mamahalin pabalik?

thirdly, i always bear in mind that I am lucky. hindi ako nakatira sa kalsada, hindi ako namumulot ng basura.. I start counting my blessings and compare, indeed there are many things to be thankful for..these thoughts make me go back to work kahit minsan tinatamad ako
