    Bakit kaya ganun, kung kelan mapapasarap na tulog mo maaalala mo na "aii may pasok pa pala ako dapat gumising!!!" haha I notice na kapag matutulog ako 2-3 hours earlier before my shift di ako makatulog pero pag mga 30 minutes na lang work na eh dun ka pa makakatulog ng mahimbing, swertihan na lang kapag nagising ka sa alarm clock... wew.

    nagtrabaho din ako sa industry na ito for quite sometime and not so long ago..i could say malaki naitulong nito sa aken..

    no. 1 syempre ay it helped me financially, boost my confidence in speaking in english at higit sa lahat..nabili ko lahat ng gusto kong gadgets during the time i was at call center..

    maraming benefits working in the call center..i agree that depende sa company ang promotion ika nga suwertihan talaga at kung skilled and qualified ka naman sa gusto mong posisyon hindi malayong mapromote..

    isa sa mga namimiss ko sa call center industry are the people your working with..dami ka makakasalamuha..ako personally halos lahat ng segment/division sa account na napuntahan ko dati ay may kakilala talaga ako and its a good feeling talaga..

    team buildings and other extra curricular activities ang isa pa sa nagpapasaya during those times..

    bottomline is working in a call center isn't a bad thing and it doesn't make you feel deprived from where you are supposed to be..kung di ka makakuha ng dream job mo talaga since college with the accordance of your course..why not try it here..malay nyo dito pala kayo umasenso..meaning to say moving up the ranks so to speak..

    Finally malapit na rin ang rest day. It's Sunday sa US so expected na konti lang ang calls. Ito talaga ang favorite ko na araw siguro yun ibang customer akala sarado pag Sunday. Sana lagi nila yun isipin. Konti rin ng tao sa floor marami kasi pina VGH (voluntary go home) dahil overstaffed daw. Masaya nanaman ang mga pinauwing agents pagdating ng sweldo maiinis dahil syempre umuwi ka maaga eh di may bawas. Isang shift na lang rest day na uli

    Last day.. Rest Day.. Yahoo! Pero bago matapos ang aking week kanina habang ako ay busyng busy sa pagtweet nahuli ako ni Kuya Guard nag cecellphone. Buti na lang mabait si Kuya Guard nilagay nya sa report nahuli nya ko na may food sa station. Ang cellphone kasi samin eh mahirap na offense.

    i've been with 3 cc companies and can't find the satisfaction that I need. iba pa din talaga ang normal office work instead of taking calls the whole shift tapos stress ka pa sa mga calls. I'm thinking if I should still continue to work in this kind of industry. sabi nga nila the higher the pay the more work load, the lesser pay less work syempre. naiisip ko ngayon mas mahalaga ang happy ka sa job kahit maliit ang pay. what do you think guys?

    nakakarelate ako dun, nakakailang snooze din ako lalo na kapag 15-30mins pa before your shift haha Grabe kahapon, di ko na meet *** metrics ko ayun tinanong tuloy ako san ako hirap. Pero all in all mukhang nakakapag adjust na ko sa work na toh unlike nung first call ko eh EPIC FAIL!

    Okay lang yun, me panahon ka pa para ma adjust ang mga metrics mo

    Hay.... balik DST na ulit, ang ayaw ko lang ay ang pag-pasok pag monday kasi maaga, pero pag pa weekend na, masaya naman ako kasi maaga ang uwian hahaha

    Tumulong gumawa ng recommendation para mga gusto mag level up sa office. Nakakatuwa lang na maging good cop sa pagbibigay ng advice para balanse yung opinion na ilalagay sa hinihingi info ng HR
