Paid off na din mga kotse. Pero in a few months malaki na bayad dahil bumibili na kami ng bahay. And with that new expense, makakaipon pa din, but not that much.

around P25,000 net income a month lang kami tapos eto ang gastos per month:

Here's our list of monthly expenses:

    P2,500 - Meralco
    1000 - Water
650 - Shellane (minsan umaabot until 1.5 months)
    7,000 - Market & Groceries
    5,000 - Fares & Food at work
    300 - Cell phone Load
    2,700 - phone & internet
    600- school bus service

    Total: 19750

    So may sobrang almost 5,250

Pero di ko na sinali dyan yun mga kain sa labas paminsan-minsan, pasyal sa mall, clothes, shoes, etc namin, pambili ng konting luho as in wala na kasi halos. Kulang talaga, kaya madalas may hinuhulugan pang utang in order to survive.

To all parents: Please share your thoughts, it seems lahat na ng bilihin sa ating bansa ay napakamahal..can't imagine kung pano nakaka-survive *** mga mahihirap na Pilipino
    TS,
I am still living as single, aware naman ako sa money saving ideas.

I am thinking of increasing my income more para makapag-ipon na rin for myself.

  4. #24
^ same questions sa taas, TS.

I started at the minimum wage, di ko na sasabihin kasi malalaman mo kung gaano na katagal yun habang tumataas ang sweldo ko ganun din ang gastos, so i said i should start spending my money wisely.

Karamihan kasi ay living a lifestyle they cant really afford, or hardly can.

  5. #25
Yup mahala na talaga bilihin ngayon, then meron pang emergency minsan kapag may sakit ang bata, bili antibiotics etc, so mawawala ka talaga sa budget naten yon, kaya kapag may sobra kelangan magtabi tayo

  6. #26
yeah pero dapat as a consumer we need to be wise. there are so many ways pa rin naman kung paano maka-save. don't always choose agad yung mga products na ina-advertise sa tv baka may mura naman pero same quality rin.

@Marcus, ganun talaga kapag tumataas yung sweldo, tumataas din yung needs natin.

I would agree with the others..medyo may kataasan ang electricity and water consumption nyo..the internet and landline din para malaki masyado..just think of how much you can save kung cut mo yung landline mo and internet or downgrade mo yung plan like plan 999. Yung fare and food at work po na 5,000 a month malaki din..saan ka ba nakatira at saan ang work mo? pwede ka magbaon na lang ng food for work para makatipid.

To be honest looks like lifestyle is still the same back when you were single. I didn't see any tuition fee expenses and house rent. My suggestion, lifestyle makeover. My suggestion to you is to list down your daily expenses. Tapos you and your husband should sit down and discuss your finances. Dapat kasama sa budget yung savings and emergency fund.

One more suggestion, do not get a Credit Card.

Wika nga, two incomes are better than one.

Ibang usapan ang pag-aanak. MAG-BUDGET MUNA.

    • CONTRACEPTION
    • o mag-anak nang mag-anak habang naghihirap.

    Common sense lang po ito....

isang way para masolusyunan ang di magkasyang income, magtipid.

Or... pagbutihin ang trabaho, magimg maayos ang pakikisama lalo na sa mga bosses in the company to be promoted, pag nadagdagan ang sweldo, matuto ding mag-ipon.

    net income = Php 26,000
    expenses = Php 21,000

married and with a 2 year old son...i'm the only one working...si misis full time mom and house manager...ang pinakamalaki sa expenses namin is rent sa bahay...we're renting a condo for Php 9k...medyo nakakabawi lang sa cost ng pamasahe dahil walking distance lang sa haybols ang office ko, 5 mins walk lang...if not for the 9k rent ay mas malaki sana nasusube kada buwan

things may be tight right now but i always tell myself that there will be better days...in a year or two ay may ibibigay saming bahay (advance pamana) kaya maaawas na sa budget yung renta sa bahay....or kung marerelocate ako ng office habang wala pa yung bahay, we might consider looking for another place din siguro...from where we're living at right now kasi ay medyo mataas talaga ang upa sa mga haybols....me and my wife prefer na malapit lang ang bahay sa opisina para bukod sa wala or maliit lang ang gastos sa pamasahe ay more family bonding time pa, thats what matters most to us

  15. #35
just to add, kung marunong sa blogging si misis, good opportunity din.

Some of us here might have heard of home based bloggers na kumikita ng over 100k per month.

Hay. Our net is 50k right now pero may binabayaran na condo and kotse. Our kid is just a year old, pero ngayon pa lang worried na ako sa school fees nya, LOL. Kasya lang sa budget at may nasasave naman, as long as bihira ang luho like gadgets and travel, of course. Hoping to get a better job in a few years. Must.

kasi ang meralco namin 6-7k a month..

ito lang naman ang gamit namin..

    refrigerator 24 hrs
    aircon 6 hrs a day
    3 electric fans.
    computer (desktop)
    plantsa once a week lang..

    Grrrrr!

  21. #40
ayos lang yan. di mo pa nga isinama *** washing machine..bsta lahat ng may umiikot lyk washing machine, electric fan, aircon...malakas talaga sa kuryente.
