exam are for developers, after the exam interview with a foreigner project manager. He will tell you your score and make an offer if he impresses you.

No exam for QA, interview with COO (foreigner) then the next week interview with QA Manager via Skype (Filipina). then an offer after a couple of weeks.

i was interviewed agad by 2 foreigners,
one of which was checking my exams.

i saw a thumbs up sign(not meant for me, para sa other foreigner)

I applied here for a Senior QA... They gave out an exam and I was interviewed by their foreign manager... How long is the usual duration of the application process?

I think this is a good company 'coz of the nice ambience of the office and people seem to be laid back...

Ndi maganda itong nowcom na to, they claimed to be an in house call center pero ndi naman. Batch1 ng call center nila nagstart ng october up to now walang improvement, chaka pa ng production kalahating dipa *** ang pagitan ng station. Madali *** ang interview, as in isa lang then start kn w/ 3k na allowance every week after 2weeks ng training saka ka nila ooferan ng basi pay, range ? 13k-20k depende sa dami ng mapa-process nyo na tasks, one man standing 2ng call center na 2, trainer, qa, hr, lahat 2x na, iisang tao *** LOL.

Super taas ng attrition rate ng company na 2, walang nagtatagal ** promise dhl sa gngwa ng boss nila na ndi naman deserving sa sweldo, wala ring sl, vl, etc dito kaya magisip isip ***.
