I suggest you invest in mutual funds or VUL. According to Bo Sanchez and Francisco Colayco both financial expert Mutual Fund can yield up to 20% average compounded interest in a long run. But if you are a breadwinner I suggest you get VUL products. For more info you can contact me at 09178878858 or email me at zaldydeleon@yahoo.com.

Gusto ko sana mag invest sa mga big ticket restaurant chains such as Tokyo Tokyo, McDonalds, Jollibee, etc but i don't know how to do it and who to contact. Yung tipong magiging shareholder ka and you gain a percentage of ownership.
Any ideas guys?

Para sakin malaking bagay na yun, hinde na nya iniisip yun png Christmas at New Year nila kada taon.
There are a lot of worthwhile investment packages around. But best is that you must have someone or if people dear to you to help you out. if you are gearing to investing here in the Philippines. find trustworthy people who could be your confidante on the ins and out of doing business here whether if they be on stocks, financial or real estate. I knew some people who are good and need partners or investors to establish business and institutions that have brighfuture and with fast or comfortable ROIs. I could write and tell 'em all but it will all be up yo you to decide. i could only spark ideas for you.
Willing to help as a kaababayan if you will.send me a note thru anne.red@hush.com and I will try my best to help.
depende sa risk tolerance mo kung ako diversify your funds dont put all your eggs in one basket. Save sa bank for emergency yung tama ***, invest money on mutual funds / UITF's na you'll leave overtime kasi investments. Get SDA sa local banks nagpopool sila minimum 50k sa mga iba minimum P1M pero mashigh return kesa TD syempre the higher the amount the higher the return. Get VUL din combination of insurance and investment pagmaynangyari sayo malaki mkukuha ng recipients mo or pde mo gamitin pangretirement mo kung at retirement age. Basta if my extra money ka and ininvest mo wag na wag mo kukunin **** my recession kasi babawi rin ang market. Ex. nabili mo *** Mutual funds navps ng P1=P1 after 3 years nging P1=2 if you have 50000 units ang value nya in 3years doble na, If nagkarecession P1=P.50 lugi ka pero bumabawi ang market. I experienced this 1st hand i lost 30k last 2 years pero now 42k na gains ko. Be financial literate and plan for your future. Hope my nabuksan ako ng isipan. PM me i have friends na financial advisors as well.
Hi petixmode,
You can look at Mutual Funds.
Higher returns siya compared sa traditional banks.
If you're not the risky type, you can invest your mutual funds in Bonds.
But this is for long-term investment (at least 5 years)

Quick tip that will save you millions...
Invest your TIME first before your money. Lahat naman ng sinasabi ng mga tao dito are good investments, but you have to be a SMART investor - regardless of what you're investing in.
And another note - it's not about risk. Risk can be minimized with PROPER knowledge. This goes for any investment. The risk in investing is not because of the investment, it's because of the investor.
Parang nag d-drive ka lang ng kotse... kung di ka marunong, RISKY driver ka. Kung marunong ka, eh di SAFE driver ka. Same thing goes with investments... Be a smart investor, and any investment you'll make will be SAFE.
