LMTV Representatives

Local Movies and TV has been a very active sub-forum around PinoyExchange.

To help you have better discussions about your favorite network and its celebrities while maintaining order in the community, we introduce you the LMTV Representatives!


The LMTV Representatives are members who are tasked to go around their respective network threads and ensure smoother discussions by having post privileges such as edit and delete.

As of now, our first LMTV Representative will be xayezi for ABS-CBN !

Please take note that his scope will only be for ABS-CBN, actions done in threads outside the scope of ABS-CBN should be reported to the administrators.

Representatives for other networks will follow very soon!

LMTV Representatives are volunteers who are tasked to watch over the discussions that fall under the network they are assigned. Below are the kinds of threads that fall under the responsibilities of an LMTV Representative:

- Network Threads
- Celebrity and love team fan threads under their network
- TV Shows under their network

LMTV Representatives will be able to do the following to the threads under them:

- Edit and delete posts
- Recommend members for sanctions
- Organize and implement official activities for their network

The following will still be under the moderation of the Administrators:

- General threads which affects all two or more major networks
- Approval of threads in GMTV aside from their network thread
- Celebrities and subjects that are under two networks or more (cross-network love teams and the like)

REASONS:
1. Kumbaga sa kumpanya, majority stockholder yang si quitz. 29.33% lang naman ang share niya sa current & fourth tv5 thread.
2. Wala siyang pagod punuin ang tv5 thread kahit paulit-ulit post niya.
3. Siya din halos pumuno ng 3rd tv5 thread at inabot ng 4 years yan bago napuno. Nagtiyaga siya.
4. Reward na ang maging moderator siya ng tv5 thread sa lahat ng pagod at hirap niya dun.

LMTV Representatives (moderators)

1. Pwede ba i-contest ang mga na-delete or na-edit na post ng moderator? Ground ba ito i-demote siya?
2. Sa anong instance pwede ma-demote ang moderator?
3. Paano kung bias ang judgement ng isang moderator?
4. May immunity ba ang mga moderator? Anu-ano ito?
5. Pwede ka bang maging moderator kung may history ka or sadyang nangba-bash ka or bias ka?

Unang una, LMTV Reps are not moderators. They do have some moderator privileges but they do not have all of the things that a moderator can do

1) Yes, lalo na pag pinakealaman nila ang thread ng ibang network. All of their actions leaves a mark with their name on it so you can see them.

2) They have rules to follow. Unang una, pag ginalaw nila ang hindi sakop sa scope ng description nila.

3) Kung biased ang moderator action, sabihin niyo lang sa akin kahit sa PM and I can look into it right away. At most I'll only allow two mistakes because these reps were always reminded of what they can and they can't do.

4) Wala. Pag sila na ban, automatic madedemote din sila. Why would they have immunity anyway ? They are still members after all. Although they should be a role model for the network they represent. Kinukunan din namin sila ng ideas on the next activities for LMTV.

5) Puwede, marunong naman kaming makalimot kung nagpakabait naman for a time yung member. I am aware that jmm was banned before but we made sure to talk to him and clarify what he is supposed and not supposed to do
