I have two running shoes one is new balance and the other one is sumnio. but I love to use sumnio since it is custom fit for myself.

Lunar Swift or Lunar Fly by Nike. Dont buy a cheap pair of shoes as they will fall apart. You get what you pay for usually with shoes.

hello,, for starters, you can try Nike Free 3.0 - that's lightweight (bare-foot like), yun pa yung shoes ko when I started running... if you have a budget naman, you can try Nike Air Max+

I just got a pair of Lunar Swifts my feet have never felt better.

What kind of running shoe would you prefer? If you like stability I suggest the NewBalance 860v3. If you like lightweight/minimalist/minimal cushioning try the NewBalance890v3. I'm currently using the NewBalance570, But I plan on buying the 890v3 after the UnilabRunUnited.
