Adizero Aegis 2.0 ginamit ko sa Regent run at super ok siya hehe..
Meron din ako nabili merrel trail glove kaso hindi ko pa nagamit..

Oh. Flatfooted ka din ba? Kelangan ko na palitan yung shoes ko.Malapit na yata magretire yun.

Semi daw sabi ng PT sa ortho..
Meron ako plantar F pero hindi na masyado masakit nung nag forefoot/mid strike running ako last regent hehe..

Which is better? To those who have tried and have compared...

1. Asics GT 2170 (Although I read reviews that GT 2160 is much better than the updated version..Anyone could attest kung tama nga? Or maganda nga ang GT 2170?)

2. Mizuno Wave Inspire 8

3. Nike Zoom Triax 15

4. Saucony Guide 5?

Or baka may masuggest pa kayo na iba?

I wanna run this month and I've been hunting for excellent shoes for a beginner like me. I was kinda disappointed with Nike when I went to Megamall yesterday kasi parang mas maganda pa cushion at yun flexibility ng sole ng Skechers and New Balance. Mas mura pa yun 2 na latter.

Ano ba magandang running shoes?

Fan ako ng Nike.

Baka you should consider other styles pero may ibang brands din naman na okay...

As suggested by most runners, magpa-gait analysis ka and get shoes na bagay sa paa mo... may free testing and consultation sa riovana and runnr stores.

My regular rotation of running shoes are New Balance Minimus MR00, Merell Bare Access and Trail Glove.

Based on my experience wearing minimalist shoes, it is really comfortable and I am more aware of my running form. Also, the shoes are so light

I have 11, 13, and 15 - they are still in my shoe cabinet. Series 13 and 15, nagamit ko na sa long distance runs. Ayos naman...until recently, I decided to switch to Saucony Type A5 - a minimalist pair / racing flats. Skeptical ako sa racing flats dati, pero maganda pala talaga ang effect nito sa running form based on my experience. I was compelled to write a review...hindi ko yan ginawa sa Mizuno noon sa old blog site ko. =)

Guys may running shoes ba na nasa bandang 3k ang presyo? bumigay na yung nike ko. Takbo na sa Sunday wala pa ko makitang sapatos na swak sa budget ko. (medyo tipid ang budget kasi may pinaglaanang okasyon). Maraming salamat!

Meron akong nakita dati sa Glorietta, Adidas na running shoes. Sale yun, nasa 3k++ lang. I forgot lang the exact model. Hindi sya sa mismong store ng Adidas, basta isang particular store lang dun na may display din na sapatos. Not sure lang ngayon kung meron pa..

Madami din silang discounted shoes na ibang brand kaso di ko na nacheck lahat dahil need ko kagad bumalik ng office.
