Excessive overpronator ako pero matigas ang ulo ko eh at gusto ko talagang magbarefoot run kaya minimalist shoes pa din instead of the traditional stability or motion control shoes na irerecommend sa isang overpronator.

I'm on the look-out for a new running shoe since my trusty Asics GT 2150 finally gave up after TBRDM. I've been using it since 2010 for my training and official races.

So far, I have trimmed down my choices to the following.

1. NB Minimus Zero
2. Nike Lunarglide+ 3
3. Adidas Supernova Glide 4
4. Asics GT 2170

Are there any of you guys who use any of them? Feedback naman. Thanks.

Gamit ko ngayon NB Minimus Zero Trail. Yung Road version kasi straight yung sole hindi ganon ka-flexible, nagbebarefoot run din kasi ako kaya importante sa akin ang flexibility, kung ang hanap mo yung neutral running flats lang, ok na yung Road version, same price lang naman sila.

Medyo mahaba ang sukat compared to other shoes, may space talaga sa unahan, pero ok yon para sa toe splay, less blisters.

Magaan din ito ng bongga.

Napansin ko lang kapag hinigpit yung laces, hug na hug sa paa yung shoe, ang pantakbo ko kasi before Speedo Pool Runner super nipis at flexible, so niluluwagan ko talaga yung laces para mas madali mag-mid or forefoot landing.

Since Trail yung binili ko, pwede siyang mabasa, at napakadaling matuyo kasi parang isang tela lang ang kapal nung upper, although 2 layers siya at sonic-welded so matibay naman.

Ako flatfooted so overpronator din pala. Matry nga yung sa may Runnr na gait analysis. Meron din kasi sa gait analysis sa Toby's MOA kaso madaming tao dun nahiya ako hihihi.
