anyone here who works in teletech nova branch? madali lang ba yung interview? i have no background sa callcen industry but im planing to apply asap. share naman kayo tips about s ainterview! thanks.

hi ms jen. dayshift pero voice sa Makati? how about sa moa? non voice/dayshift? anong sched, as in what time ang start? Fixed weekend off? Sensya na sa madaming tanong ha. Salamat.

hello, im a newbie sa cc. i went to teletech makati and they said that they are not hiring people without experience daw as they are handling 1 account lang daw, they instructed me to go to teletech moa. and i must say, yes, nica (or nikka) is really nice. she's really famous pala dito, mabait kasi. the hr in moa are really nice and accommodating.

about sa hiring, yes, it takes a little longer due to high volume of applicants..

i was able to pass all the exams and interview thank god, some were commenting im lucky since this is my first job application.. dito lang kasi ako nag apply. pinapabalik ako ng friday ni miss nikka for the dreaded client call.. i told her baka magaya ako kay 16bech12, kasi base sa mga nabasa ko, ang tagal niya bago magkaroon ng jo.. sabi naman niya hindi daw.. oh well sana magkatoo..

i would like to add pa pala na may mga nag apply kahapon na nagstart na magtraining kanina.. im so envious kasi yung iba sa kanila katulad ko newbie din.. saka ano nga pala yung finanacial account? kasi dun daw ata ako ilalagay? bobo pa naman ako sa math..

sa ttech moa ako.. kaso kakatapos ko lang ng call sim, pasado ako.. sabi balik daw ako ng friday, kaso hindi pa naman tumatawag ngayon kung anong oras ba.. natatakot ako baka kasi magaya ako sayo na ang tagal. hahaha..

After 3 weeks ng paghihintay at pagfofollow up wala pa rin tumawag. I decided to go directly to Teletech UP Hub last March 19. I told them that I was already processed at Pioneer. Sabi sakin pakinggan daw muna nila *** call sim ko kung irereassest **. After 4 hours waiting. Sabi sakin k na daw *** recording q at di na nila q irereassest pa. They gave me the medical slip. And told me to inform them once I'm done sa medical. After that nagfollow up ** at sa April 23 na daw ang next class for training at kasama q dun. . Wow tlaga? Ang swerte q nmn walang kahirap hirap ang process q. Un nga lang Aprl 23 pa ang start ng training at hindi pa q napirma ng JO kaya 90% parin ang process ng application q. Anyway gudluck ***. Ang hinahanap lang nmn nila eh *** may work ethic. Possible questions nila eh related sa account na ihahandle mo gudluck

Wala na po.. after ng medical kapag fit to work ka na papasign ka n ng jo.. simple as that.. welcome to teletech..
