I passed the final interview in Teletech Lipa and I'll be assigned in collections account of Telstra? mahirap ba collection account? wala po ako experience working in a call center eh.may quota ba dito? paano pag hindi ka nakaqouta, pwede ka pa ba materminate? salamat po...

hindi uso ang quota dahil hindi ka naman sales account..just make sure you pass the metrics given to you..ibe brief ka naman while on training

hello guys... I'm back.. grabe hectic yung schedule.. Tapos na first week ng training namin.. "Cultural Immersion" ayos dito grabe.. although a week plang yun training may naiinsure na agad at inaaway ako. tsk.. grabe tlaga.. but it was fun.. papalit palit un sched.. 2-11 pm tpos 6am-2pm at next week 10pm-6am na kami which it ang hirap nanaman ng sched.. hay naku.. product training na **..

ganyan naman talaga sa call center dear..iyong mga insecure normal lang iyan..when i was in training marami din akong nakaaway/nkasagutan sa training..but what's ironic is, nung nasa prod nako sila naman ang mga baging ka close ko, iyong mga naging/nakabangga ko sa training..parte talaga iyan, lalo't dami talaga nagpapasiklab sa training pa lang..

tell you what? the real fight is on the production floor..go go go..just enjoy training and dont mind those people..it's just a simple clash of personalities.

hi guys, tanong q lang po...nag start ako april 26th, yung sweldo ba sa may 10th e full o yung pinasok lang namin na days within the pay period. saka anu po ba ang pay period sa teletech. thanks

coverage of every cut off is every 1-15 payable every 25th and 16-30(31) payable every 10th..so if you started 26th it is prorated and you get your first pay on the 10th..

monthly base pay over 30 times number of days, (allowance also gets prorated.)

I applied yesterday in MOA and came back this morning to finish my call sim. I passed accdg to Mina of the recruiters, I was profiled to a US telco acct but her main concern was my asking salary. The offer was 12,500 plus 1 k allowance, upon regularization it will become 15000 plus 15 allowance, hmo is after 3 mos. What are other benefits, like vl and sl? is it upon regularization also? Are VL and SL convertible to cash?Ano ba yung us telco acct sa MOA?
Mina said to think about it about it within a week then come back for medical, if I didn't come back that means I'm not interested? Although taga pasay lang din ako and I'm 2 short rides away, mababa ang 12k lalo na sa kin na may 2 1/2 yrs of cc exp.Ganito ba talaga yung offer nila sa moa site? What are other benefits? I heard that you have 14th mo pay. Ano yun, paano bigayan nung 14th month pay nyo? Is it upon regularization also o during probee qualified ka na sa ganun? Please enlighten me. Kindly pm me kung di pwede idisclose dito yung benefits and other info thanks. Btw, july 12 pa yung start date so ang tagal pa, they need 25 heads, 5 heads more, kasi may 20 na sila for that acct.

hi everyone, pang third na pong apply ng housemate ko sa teletech...tas lagi syang hindi nakakapasa sa final interview. this time he received a call from teletech informing him na he's scheduled for operations' interview. ano po ba yung operations' interview.. and does that mean na he won't have to go trough with the final interview anymiore?hindi pa po kasi sya nafifinal interview.TIA
