sa nag ask ng walk in, I think walang walk in dun. pa refer na lang sya, or better yet, kahit apply sa taleo site nila, ma co contact naman sya if needed yung position/skills nya.

Hello.. I called my recruiter earlier to get a feedback on my application with HP. She told me that I passed my 2nd interview(YES, I already know) and there's still no urgent need/vacancy for the position that I am applying for. She also told me that I'll be informed asap if ever's there's a vacant for the position. To those working with HP and other pexers who experienced this kind of agony..is there a chance that I will be hired soon? Kung baga nasa waiting list ako.. Inputs naman po..Salamat Goodluck po sa atin..

it'll depend 'daw' sa team mo. yeah, shifting ang sched nila. AFAIK, there are 3 shifts. 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am <-- not sure at this tho.

Yes tumatanggap sila entry level. Sabi nila you can walk in sa HP makati.

i think wala pang opening for SAP Basis L1&L2 kasi until now hindi pa ko tinatawagan for HMs interview almost 3months na kong waiting sa next process sabi naman after my last interview ng L3 consultant na passed ako & nakakae-mail exchange ko naman yung HR sabi for pooling daw yung application ko haisss sana magkaopening na sila...

Hi. I'm back and with a GOOD NEWS.

SAP HR end user for almost 3 years.

1st week of Januray applied thru hp.taleo and sent my resume to fishbone(regaring the SAP tester position post).

January 27 - phone interview for about 10 to 50 minutes.
January 30 - received a call for my behavioral and tech interview schedule.
February 7 - behavioral and tech interview. lasted for 45 minutes. there are tech and project management related questions that I really don't have any idea. Nervous and very EXCITED!!! HONESTY is STILL the BEST POLICY. Don't pretend if you really don't know the answer. That's why I posted here that I failed. But still PRAYING that I'll pass!!!
February 9 - received a call for my Final Interview.
February 13 - It only lasted for 15 MINUTES!!!! 3 questions!!!! Availability date! Current Salary! Expected Salary! then DONE! (I was like, that's it?! Do I have a chance at least with that short interview????)
February 15 - called HR to ask the result and he told me that I passed and they are just waiting for the formal job offer from the Manager.
February 17 - received a call regaring my JOB OFFER on MONDAY!!! Feb 20!!!! Finally!!!!

almost a month!! not bad!!!

I have questions though:
- what is the salary range for this position?
- shifting schedule?
- sat and sun off?
- WFH privilege?

confidential, if you feel that the offer is not fair then tell the HR that you will think about if first, JO in HP is very neg. provided that you have what it takes to neg. (skills, exp, etc)

- shifting schedule?
depends upon the account..

- sat and sun off?
L1 - they are usually shifting and working during holiday and weekend. The best position if you are a freshgrad..
L2- usually on-call during week end (with pay)
L3- on-call lage


- WFH privilege?
again, depends on the account.. some establish accounts have 2 days WFH (for L2 and L3). Some only have 1 day.. some don't have..
L1 position don't have WFH since they are the first point of contact during incidents, request, etc.

my experience kana pala, dapat sinabi ng manager na nag-interview sayo.. pati kung anong account and shift ka mapupunta.. sa sweldo naman, fresh grad kasi ako sa HP ng natanggap ako (L2 position), for freshgrad malaki ang sweldo pero note: mas madaming malaki ang sweldo kesa sa HP
