all we do is order processing for a telecommunications company and make sure the order goes complete before the requested date. Yes we do over time, sometimes mandatory BUT- as i have said, the work is not stress free so you'd really enjoy overtime (i myself enjoy overtime, since managers are out at that time, when i finish, we do nothing but
chat, eat or even sleep.) and ofcourse, its paid.
work schedules are:
9pm - 6am, 10pm - 7am, 11pm - 8am and 12mn - 9am
fixed saturday and sunday off.
you can choose what schedule you want when you're already on the production floor.

ay para pala sa salary. basic is 12k and 14k. we are currently on flexi comp so you choose your own salary. dont be discouraged if you find it too low, thats because we have LAAARGE benefits. (our company had its way to give us money but avoiding tax ;p ) even if my pay's 14k per month. im given about 10k every cut off. full attendance even without OTs
