I have been an employee for almost a year in this company and I worked for the U.K account Dairy Crest. Sa ngayon napakataas ng attrition rate nila ( number of people resigning and going a.w.o.l ) dahil sa demotivation sa account. Hindi na maabot ng management ang service level ( number of hours and agents for a specific amount of time taking in calls ) at ang a.h.t. ( average handle time ) dahil maraming nawalang ahente.
Now the question is "bakit umaalis ang nga ahente?" Dahil po sa mismanagement. Ang trending po ay pahirap ng pahirap ang account. Unrealistic targets, impossible metrics, managers who do not listen to the employees, "talangka" system, money laundering, lahat na ng scandals nandito na. Mabilis din silang mag issue ng I.R. at N.T.E. ( notice to explain ) reports sa mga ahente. Mabilis silang mag hire at mabilis rin silang magtanggal. Ang resulta ang mga ahente rin ang nahihirapan. Dahil maraming nawalang tao, sobrang queing ang calls. Hindi ka makakapagpahinga.
Ang INFOSYS po mismo ang nag-utos kamakailan ng malawakang mass termination sa Dairy Crest. Paraan po nila para hindi na magbayad ng 13th month pay sa mga empleyadong mateterminate. Nag-umpisa na po ang mass termination last week. Kaya mag-ingat po tayong lahat. Huwag po kayong masisilaw sa referral bonus at signing incentive. You don't know what you are getting yourselves into. Kung naghahanap ka ng company na may malasakit sa mga empleyado this company is absolutely not for you. This company and it's account is the the full embodiment of HELL.
