Shall we draft Fab Melo? Big Man daw yun and magaling sa rebounding? What do you think guys?

  2. #682
Fab Melo is too lazy. He'll be a bust.

I think it's better for Ainge to get the best available talent when the Cs time comes up to draft regardless of position.

Then make a play for free agent center next season. Hibbert, B. Lopez, and McGee are all free agents although all 3 are restricted free agents, we have the cap space to give them an enticing offer.

    Happy birthday, Kevin Garnett!

Let's finish off the Sixers in 6 games. Go, Celtics!

With almost 34M guaranteed contracts for the C's for 2012-2013 season. Which of the Free Agents should we consider to sign?

Should we sign KG and Allen for smaller contracts? Maybe a 2yrs/20m for KG and 2yrs/12m for Allen?

javale mcgee is it.......with rajon rondo as a playmaker first type of a point guard averaging double digit assists per game, i can already see mcgee blossoming to his potential......hibbert is good but he's just too slow while lopez, also a slow big man, and his bout with injuries.... are nopes for me!!!

Philly and Boston is tied 3-3, but I think even they win the series, they will face the Heat. In my mind, they're already eliminated for me.

I'm looking on their rebuilding process this off-season.

  8. #688
With our age, weak bench and injuries, who would have thought na aabot pa tayo sa 2nd round? (although may halong luck na rin )

Anything from that 1st round vs the Hawks are already a big plus for us. Winning Game 7 and going to the the ECF and beating the Heat(20% chance) is gonna be a huge bonus for us.

Whatever the outcome of the game this Sunday, I'm proud of what they already achieved this season especially this playoffs.

With the way KG is playing now, I still believed that this team is still going to be a contender if makakuha tayo ng key players especially sa front court natin.

Draft Lottery na pala tomorrow although di kasali ang C's sana may maka-trade silang lottery team for our two picks sa 1st round.

I love 9 yr old kids!

Anyway, like what Peter said, over achievement na ang Celtics. Sobra na ang narating nila at this point. It will always be a wonder how they reach the ECF against much younger teams this season. Allen is injured, Bradley is injured, Pierce is injured and KG, hindi mo alam kung hanggang kelan ang lakas niya. Rondo can only do so much.

The heat are hungry for redemption since natalo sila last year.

If the heat will play physical against Boston, baka walang matira sa kanila. Kaya good luck Boston. Win or lose, at this point, ibang klase na kayo. Old and injured, you reached the ECF miraculously. These present and young teams can not accomplish that by the time they reach your age. Some don't even respect their coach. Feeling...

Nakakatakot maging coach sa mga ganyang player. Kasalanan mo lahat kapag natalo at achievement nila kapag nanalo. Pathetic.

What do guys think of Jared Sullinger? I think we can trade our 2 draft picks for us to be able to draft him. Sullinger is a College stand out, fan din ako nito hehe.

  13. #693
Sullinger is a Top 10 pick. There's no way we can move up just by packaging the 21st and 22nd picks.

^If he drop out of top 10, maybe we could. But I want to C's to draft their own pick. Baka maka steal pa tayo.

Celtics and Thunder like Andrew Nicholson

Andrew Nicholson is a busy man these days. Shortly after finishing a workout with the Boston Celtics, who hold the 21st and 22nd picks, the Mississauga, Ontario native worked out with the Oklahoma City Thunder, who currently have the 28th pick. Both teams are said to be very interested in the 6-9 forward.

Adrian Wojnarowski expects Nicholson to be gone by the early-twenties and listed him as one of the sleepers in this year’s draft. He has also worked out with the Cleveland Cavaliers and drew comparison to Indiana Pacers power forward David West because of ability to play inside and out.

Nicholson led the St. Bonaventure Bonnies to their first Atlantic 10 Tournament title and the March Madness tournament for the first time since 2000. He racked up numerous awards this past season at St. Bonaventure, including the 2012 Atlantic Conference Player of the year award and Atlantic 10 Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player award. He had the first 20-20 game for the Bonnies since Bob Lanier in 1976 and moved past Lanier for first place on the Bonnies’ all-time field goal percentage list.

He is expected to take part in the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago, which will take place June 6-8 this summer. Fellow Canadian Kris Joseph (Montreal, Quebec) is also expected to participate in the combine.

I'm not really familiar with jared sullinger but the one time I saw his highlights, he reminds me of Glen Big Baby Davis.

    Built-wise, yes.

But skills-wise, Sullinger's way ahead of BBD.

Any shooter will do, nandyan naman si Rondo. Yung ala rayray.

We already have Bradley as the future SG and he seems to be meshing well with Rondo. IMO, what we need is a legit center.
